Really beautiful place, clean and qualified people. The food, what can I say, everything was good and of excellent quality, for the first time I recommend everyone try scrocchiarella with raw meat, you won't regret it 😘 100% recommended

If you find yourself passing through Termini Imerese, or simply are from Termini, you can't help but try it. Tony and Miriam are dynamic and fast, the pizza has a dough that I have always found spectacular and the toppings are of excellent quality. What can I say about the kebab: both in the sandwich and in the piadina, for me it is one of the best ones I have tried in many years.

We ate, me and mine companion a margherita and a scrocchiarella with porchetta, what can I say, everything was excellent, it was the first of many times. Thank you Antonio and Miriam

Il Salumaio Di Santamarina

09/04/2025: A mixed experience. My steak was good and tender (lacked seasoning) and my girlfriends pasta lacked sauce (which is weird because it was supposed to be a bisque). The overall environment of the restaurant is very nice and the staff was very nice BUT (and pardon me if this is common in Palermo, but I don’t consider it acceptable), one of the chefs was smoking in the kitchen. Prices were okay, and they have a 20% discount on TheFork, which is a good deal. However, I wouldn’t go back. I do not recommend this place.
31/03/2025: Very nice discovery. I advise you to eat inside because you have a really beautiful setting. The service was very attentive. What can we say about this giant plate to share, the products were of high quality and we really enjoyed them. The deserts were also very good

21/04/2025: Très belle atmosphère, et le service est très très bon. Quelques plats nous est arrivé un peu tiède. Certains plats manquaient un peu de goût. En général c’était bon et tout semblait être frais. Dont notre note.
