Excellent parking 5 euros per day near the cable car

56 euros may seem expensive for a return ticket, but if you choose a clear day, the view is unique!

If you're in the area, a ride up on the cable car is definitely worth it. At the intermediate station, there's a small museum and numerous outdoor activities. At the top, the view of Mont Blanc and the valley is impressive. Bring a sweater/jacket! It's chilly up there 😆 At the top, you should definitely take the elevator to the Turiner Hut. Mountaineering enthusiasts stop there, and you can experience a bit of the alpine flair.

Once you arrive at Punta Helbronner, we recommend taking the cable car to Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, where you can admire Mont Blanc in absolute silence with a breathtaking view.

A wonderful experience. The cable car takes you to the two Mont Blanc stations in just a few minutes. The view is breathtaking. At the first station, you can relax on lounge chairs, see the botanical garden, and hike on the glacier or explore other trails. There's also a highly recommended restaurant. At the second station, the one at the top, you can access the panoramic terrace overlooking all the mountains and take the other cable car to Chamonix in France (separate ticket, not included in the Curmayeur ticket).

Beautiful structure, fabulous experience to be able to admire Mont Blanc from above, a true EARTHLY PARADISE...!!!

Fantastic and great value for money. Book online to save €5pp. Discount for families of 4+. Also if you buy online you can postpone your day of visit up to 5 times so that's useful if you're staying for a while and the weather isn't ideal. Botanical garden included in ticket and you can have up to 1.5 hours at the top without booking a meal. Would do this again 100%!

We went on August 16th. There was a short line. It cost €60 per person, and it makes two stops. Paid parking is right in front.

Ovviamente la location è spettacolare niente da dire Noi abbiamo preso un menù degustazione da 39€ con 2 antipasti tipici di montagna, molto buono la cocotte con patate pancetta e formaggio, mentre l altra con la zuppa di pane non eccezionale devo dire. Poi come piatto principale la polenta concia di buona qualità con la carbonada. La polenta non era male ma forse mancava un po' di burro in più mentre lo spezzatino nella norma forse un po' troppo piccoli i pezzetti. Diciamo che ne ho mangiati di migliori. Come dessert forse il piatto più buono una crostata alle fragole di montagna, una delle più buone mai mangiate. Il vino era escluso dal menu abbiamo optato per un bianco di La Sal devo dire molto leggero e fruttato. Nel complesso non ho mangiato male ma niente di così eccezionale. One level down from the cafe, the Ristorante Alpino’s buffet is about as stylish as a buffet can be and it has truly wonderful fresh food. The items can be picked up individually in glass jars while the amazing polenta is served hot by the chefs. They have appetizers, various main dishes and several choices for dessert as well. The Cave Mont Blanc winery’s Cuvee des Guides can be enjoyed by the glass with the meal on the huge sun terrace under the Monte Bianco. There are surely cheaper places to eat in the Aosta but this high altitude meal is worth the extra money.
