The place was very crowded, but they found us a table anyway, unfortunately.
Small portions: polenta tortelli with Montasio cheese were bland, and 5 were small. 14 euros. Canederli? 3 meatballs. 14 euros. Trio of frico was good, but still poor. When we left immediately after the first course, we mentioned that we weren't satisfied, and were told that they were a restaurant. What does that mean? Since when do small portions define a restaurant? As for the taste, the answer was everyone likes it. Okay. We'll be picky.
I'm not giving less than three stars, since nothing was bad, but there's a long way to go from that to being satisfied. After leaving, we went to another restaurant where we "completed" our lunch.

Cozy and quiet place. Service is very friendly and nice. Had recommendations and all over very pleasant talk.
Food is very good also, the best I have eaten in Tirol.
We ate Gnocchi with Ragout and Deer with Mushrooms. For Dessert Pannacota with wildberries and Tiramisu. Would recommend.😊

Very nice place. The service was impeccable and courteous. We arrived there with the camper and they also allowed us to sleep the night there in the parking lot without any problems. Large parking lot near the river and a path in the woods. I recommend it.

At the foot of the ski slope, a very welcoming place where you can taste typical starters, first courses and second courses from the Dolomites. Recommended!

Posto perfetto per un pranzo in famiglia (con bambini piccoli). A un passo dall’area giochi Nevelandia, un locale accogliente in cui si può mangiare tanto e bene, coccolati da una staff gentile e preparato. Da evidenziare la cortesia e la disponibilità del giovane cameriere dal capello castano a spazzola che ci ha fatti sentire a casa. COSIGLIATISSIMO :)

After a long time we managed to return to this restaurant we tried way back in 2020, shortly after the end of the pandemic.
We returned to Sappada knowing that it had recently snowed and there wasn't the confusion of the weekend. After 4 steps into the village we sat down and took;
Mixed cheese and cured meat platter for 2
House dish with polenta, sausage, sauerkraut and frico.
Water and red wine
2 coffees
Normal dishes of good quality.
Clean and fully equipped facilities.
Kind and attentive service.

Small hut right at the foot of the Sappada black slope. Courteous and helpful staff. It offers a large variety of drinks, very good dishes and at a great price for a brunch or lunch.
