Location molto carina, menu molto bello ma sopratutto chiaro, patatine fritte non croccanti quasi crude, pizza mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, sopratutto nella grandezza in sé, personale preciso e disponibile .

Very nice place, very clear and understandable menu, easy to choose, French fries not very crunchy, for a moment I thought they were raw, I expected more from the pizza especially its size!

We have been regular customers of this pizzeria, but recently we have noticed a drastic decline in the quality of the raw materials and quantity: reduced portions (the portion of fried potatoes halved, the size of the pizzas almost halved with limited toppings, very little mozzarella and little sauce), and an unjustified increase in prices. We were disappointed. I'm sorry but we will never return to this place again.

We were there a few days ago with some friends after hearing many people speak well of it... the place is very nice, clean and well-kept and the atmosphere is one of conviviality. The pizzas are the flagship of the place, soft and fragrant dough, fresh and excellent quality ingredients. Excellent choice of starters, delicious cured meats, excellent fried foods. I recommend the potato croquette filled in different ways. Top fries!! The staff is young and friendly but above all attentive to our needs such as allergies and/or intolerances. Gluten-free pizza among the best I've ever tasted! I recommend it for an evening with family or friends with excellent food.

25/04/2025: Masseria molto carina, proprietaria gentile e disponibile, non posso dire lo stesso del maitre di sala che ci ha serviti, pur avendolo detto per telefono 2/3 volte e l'ho messo anche per iscritto mi hanno fatto pesare il mio avere un passeggino al tavolo, come detto prima non tanto i proprietari ma il maitre ad ogni portata era indispettito del passeggino, io e mio marito non abbiamo fatto altro che scusarci ad ogni piatto che ci veniva servito, ma niente era proprio innervosito di questa cosa... e così non si fa, non ci era mai successa una cosa del genere. Il cibo discreto, buono ma nulla di che, forse perché era un menù fisso non so, il dolce la cosa più buona.
04/01/2025: Se ha alineado perfectamente con la recomendación de la guía Michelin. ¡El Fidelio está listo para mantenerse en la cima en cualquier aspecto! El ambiente, la amabilidad del servicio y el estilo del restaurante son un verdadero placer. Muy recomendable para una cena de primera en Apulia!

15/05/2025: Great food, it gave me the energy to get platinum 2 on overwatch I thank all my fans for supporting me. Too bad the fans in the photos are not for sale, I would have liked to buy them. That said I felt at home, but I really wanted that fan, that said thanks for everything and have a good evening.
05/01/2025: Excellent experience, even when I | a thermonuclear bomb exploded on me while I was having dinner, I attach photos for those who don't believe it
