I had already tried the summer menu, completely different from the one found today (February) with all seasonal ingredients. I came with my family, a little skeptical, but when they tried the various dishes they changed their minds, the agnolotti with hemp ricotta and the arancine with beetroot were excellent, but the chocolate cake with a warm heart and pistachio ice cream was something exceptional. Welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, who guide you in choosing the dishes. Excellent quality ingredients, tasty, well balanced in the various dishes. I recommend it to everyone, regardless of the diet you adopt, it will amaze you.

It's definitely my favorite place. Everything was fantastic, from the starter to the dessert. Seasonal dishes studied in detail, excellent flavor combinations. Last night the velvety soup and pumpkin mousse were incredible. Really very good. The service is no exception, always highly prepared but also friendly and nice to customers. Top. Our heart place. We have been coming to Sicily on holiday for two years and, after discovering this gem by pure chance, it has become our obligatory stop! Wonderful welcome from all points of view. Every person who works in this place manages to convey to you the passion and love they put into this job. It goes without saying how good and original the dishes are, 100% successful from starter to dessert! Truly our favorite place!

Heard about this place from a vegan YouTube video and we didn't want to miss out, so glad we didn't, fantastic experience. By far and away the most impressive thing was the service from our host. The wine they ended up recommending was one of the best of the trip and paired perfectly with the food. If you're vegan/veggie this is a very special place. That walk down the path to the hut lined with olive trees will be something I never forget. Location is fine if you're driving. If you're not and you're based in Old Modica - the walk is very intense down a busy main road and I probably wouldn't do it again (and we walk everywhere). There is now a local bus service within Modica that will take you close but it's in its infancy and the times in the site were very confusing. I hope Signola thrives and continues to spread their beautiful message.

Since we are vegetarians, we were very happy about this restaurant in the area and it more than exceeded our expectations. All the dishes were totally unique and tasted really good. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the love that went into the individual dishes. The service was very warm and attentive. The location is also really cozy. A great evening and a wonderful holiday memory.
