Bellissima location,accogliente,molto particolare,sembra di essere in un'oasi di pace, l'ambiente sia esterno che interno donano una sensazione di relax! Personale educatissimo,servizio impeccabile e professionale,nulla da eccepire! Piatti ricercati,particolari e soprattutto,il menù è attento alle esigenze alimentari di ogni persona! Ampia e molto buona la cantina vini! Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente!

It's worth coming to Modica just to come to Single.
The care, refinement and elegance of the dishes is unique. In every detail there is the connection with the territory, the passion for gastronomy that amazes but which is not lost in easy shortcuts for effect. The precious raw materials treated with respect are the masters in dishes that amaze with their flavor and delicacy at the same time.

In two words: REALLY WONDERFUL
All. Rarely - very rarely - does it coincide that the food is unbeatable, the staff super professional and the atmosphere so welcoming.
It was recommended to us almost by chance and after spending dinner there, we carried an unforgettable experience in our stomachs and souls. Without a doubt, THE BEST restaurant in Sicily (after having toured the island for almost a month). My advice: go and enjoy the experience!

Definitely worth checking out even if you’re a meat eater. Lovely food, beautifully presented, the chef even comes out of the kitchen to explain each course, a very enjoyable and tasty meal.
