It's my FAVORITE restaurant, my favorite place, where time stands still and the rest of the world stays outside, a refined and sophisticated place. As soon as you walk in the door, you're enchanted by the display case and the assortment of cheeses and cured meats. The restaurant has been selected nationally to organize high-level events. Stefano is wonderful, kind, helpful, highly knowledgeable, the perfect host 🤩 It's a family-run business and you can taste it in the flavor of their dishes.

The Simposio dei Sensi, a place that won me over. Refined, welcoming, with particular attention to the choice of raw materials. Upon entering, you're enchanted by the two refrigerated counters, one stocked with a carefully selected cheese selection and the other with a unique selection of cured meats. There's no menu; the waiter will tell you about it because it changes so often. WHAT I ATE: I chose the tortelli filled with Stilton, a French blue cheese, served on a bed of pumpkin cream with raspberry drops. A very balanced and delicious dish. Next, a shin of patanegra (a type of ham) on a bed of mashed potatoes—it was simply delicious. The manager, on his own initiative, brought us a small tasting of Roccaverano robiola and Grigentana goat cheese with lavender honey—a true delicacy. For dessert, a crème brulee—perfect. ● WHAT I DRINK: On the owner's recommendation, I drank a 2021 Pletter Lagrein from Cesconi, a wine that paired perfectly with the dishes. Excellent choice. ● VENUE: The place is very welcoming with a very relaxing atmosphere. Not at all noisy. ● STAFF: The service was impeccable, the waiter very attentive and made us feel at ease. ● PRICE: The price of €95 per couple was reasonable considering the quality of the dishes and the service. ● TIP: If you're looking for a place with high-quality traditional cuisine, where the ingredients are carefully selected, Simposio dei Sensi is an excellent choice. Try it! The place is only open on Friday and Saturday evenings, so book in advance.

For those interested in quality and a unique selection of cured meats and cheeses, as well as wine, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly, and you can buy at the counter and then eat inside or outside—all very much appreciated.

Beautiful, unique, and very well-kept venue. Exceptional selection of cheeses and cured meats. Fabulous tortelloni and shin of pork. An endless wine cellar, for all palates. Very kind staff and owner. Inconvenient for me, but I'll definitely be back. Well done!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante sabato sera e posso solo dire che mi ha colpito molto sia per lo stile di arredo e l'accoglienza che ricevi!!piccolo ma perfetto per una cena tra coppie ma anche per portare amici o parenti per fare bella figura...il mangiare è ottimo e ci è piaciuto tutto a partire dall'antipasto al desert!!!!veramente bravo lo chef!!!!poi il menù cambia ogni due settimane cosi sai che mangi cose sane e fresche!!chi ci ha servito sa fare il suo lavoro perfettamente e con passione!!torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo!!

Frequento posto da circa 10 anni, tutte le volte che ci vado è sempre un’esperienza unica, la qualità è sempre altissima, si mangia sempre divinamente e le coccole nn mancano mai… ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli e abbinato al vino giusto, l’unica cosa che bisogna fare è affidarsi completamente alla scelta dei vini al proprietario Stefano che saprà soddisfarvi alla perfezione… adoro questo posto e ogni volta che ci vado ne esco sempre contenta… nn vedo l’ora di ritornarci…
