The Simposio Restaurant in Sermoneta is an authentic gem. The local cuisine is excellent, with genuine flavors that tell the history of the area. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing evening, and the service is always attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to the thrombolotto-based dishes: a real delight for the palate! Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic culinary experience in the heart of the historic village of Sermoneta!

Pranzare da Angela Concu e Fabio Stivali al ristorante "Simposio Gastronomia Storica Sermonetana", è sempre un'esperienza appagante. L'ambiente è accogliente, il personale è attento ed i proprietari sono sempre gentili, presenti e pronti a accompagnare i commensali nella degustazione dei piatti. Il loro prodotto di punta, da provare assolutamente, è il Trombolotto (condimento a base di olio, limone sermonetani e spezie profumate) ma anche le altre loro creazioni non sono da meno. Cito, solo per incuriosire, la bottarga all'armagnac, le visciole anch'esse all'armagnac, l'aceto balsamico ....
Il menù è semplice ma tutte le materie prime sono di ottima qualità.
I vini proposti provengono principalmente da cantine del territorio.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che buono.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina.

My husband, I and my parents ate at this restaurant today 05/01 and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good appetizer, especially the fried artichokes served with their sour cherry balsamic vinegar; the first courses were superlative and a worthy mention goes to their tuna and thrombolotto "carbonara": a pasta very rich not only in ingredients, but in aromas and textures. Cannolo with ricotta like we have never eaten in our lives and cantucci to be dunked in a wine modified by the owner with the addition of sour cherry syrup and whole sour cherries, offered together with a grappa. In this regard, it should be underlined that the owners, husband and wife, know how to welcome as if we were friends in their home. Furthermore, she exchanges pleasant chats with customers and is uniquely helpful and kind. Prices absolutely normal. We will certainly return, perhaps in the summer in their garden and we truly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the charming Sermoneta. At the Symposium we have always eaten divinely: loving mushrooms, I can say that all their porcini-based proposals are worthy of note. The only complaint is that there weren't many porcini mushrooms in the pasta. Finally, how can we not mention the absolute protagonist, their very fragrant condiment based on trombolotto (native Sermonetano lemon) with which they create excellent dishes. Attentive and courteous service. Top!
