Un applauso anche allo chef, che ha avuto il coraggio – insieme al suo team – di aprire un agriturismo in una località fuori dalle solite rotte, dimostrando che la passione e la qualità possono brillare ovunque. I piatti, semplici nella sostanza ma curati in ogni dettaglio, sono un’esplosione di sapori autentici e genuini. La presentazione, degna di un ristorante stellato, aggiunge bellezza al gusto.
