Attratti dal menù proposto abbiamo deciso di provarlo. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dall’atmosfera del locale, la cortesia dei gestori e dalla qualità dei piatti curata nei minimi particolari. Un complimento allo chef che riesce a proporre molte soluzioni di mare, pesce e terra, tutte originali e molto interessanti! Lo raccomando.

Era da tempo che questo ristorante era nella mia personale lista dei "luoghi da visitare" e l' occasione è arrivata con una cena a tema "formaggi erborinati". La location è curata e intima, bene il servizio e la cura dei piatti, la ricerca delle materie prime e gli accostamenti, che però soffrono il gusto forte di certi tipi di formaggi, che vanno a sovrastare poi il tutto.
