We were so impressed by Signum on our most recent trip to Salina. Whilst we weren’t staying at the Hotel, we had the opportunity to visit the bar/restaurant a handful of times. We found the staff to be incredibly warm and generous, making us feel right at home. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Josephina and Raffael for their kindness, for taking the time to share stories about the wines and the history of the islands, and for being so thoughtful and welcoming — especially with our little ones. The food was delicious, and locally sourced which is a huge plus! We can’t wait to come back and actually stay at the hotel next time. Grazie!

02/06/2025: I don't understand some of the reviews. The pizza and seafood linguine were excellent. The service was also perfect. I don't know what could be improved. The terrace has a wonderful view. Hence, 5 stars.
