Signum In Malfa

Excellent restaurant, top-notch, family-friendly service. Just the small downside that it is not possible to have a food and wine pairing. Which is normal for 9 services. The sardine and fennel pasta was for me the pinnacle of what I have tasted. And I wanted to thank them for the memories this dish brought back to me.

The grounds were beautiful and spa options were excellent. Unfortunately, the massage therapist clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing and untrained.

Perfect hotel for a couple, family, or solo travel. Beautiful grounds that immerse you in the gorgeous landscape. Excellent food, drink and service. Pool is stunning with views of the ocean. Walk to the beach with path from hotel. Spa with multiple jacuzzis. We had spa and breakfasts upgrade, I suggest doing this. The town Malfa is classy and peaceful. Very small town, with a delicious cafe- Irish Cafe. Walking distance to the port. The hotel arranged a private boat tour, group boat tour, and a few cabs. Thank you to Emanuela for your service. Other staff to thank are Luca, Josephine and the breakfast staff. We are from NYC and we loved getting out of the hustle and bustle, on a quiet italian island. Unbeatable views, peace, tranquility and good food. This is definitely best choice of hotel on the Aeolian Islands.

Wonderful hotel! Everything has a price though! Swimming pool with very nice panoramic view and a terrace with wonderful sea views. Very good cuisine!

Signum in name and in fact! Dining here leaves a mark made of a sensorial embrace between sight, taste and smell. Congratulations to chef Martina who knows how to combine territorial identity and creativity in all her dishes. With the "Oltremare" tasting journey I felt like I was traveling around the island of Salina comfortably seated in sunset-coloured armchairs served by young and attentive staff in sea-coloured uniforms. Reaching Signum is a journey, but it's so worth it!

Very relaxing spot with beautiful views. Very nice service but the perfume or air freshener is very aggressive and had to vent the room. Luckily, the fan is aggressive, as well.

Mi complimento con questa donna chef che ha creato un menù così ricercato ed identitario di un luogo con piatti dai sapori nitidi che esaltano gli ingredienti e fanno emergere tutta l’isola che è in lei. A presto

Frequento questo ristorante almeno una volta l’anno da diversi anni ed ho visto il percorso di crescita che se già prima era un ottimo ristorante oggi ancor di più è ai massimi livelli del panorama nazionale. Il menù Radici dedicato al mondo del vegetale circostante è la prova della grande abilità della chef a portare in tavola prodotti vibranti della sua terra e non nega la loro potenza, riuscendo a giocare con leggerezza e creatività ed anche con l’intensa sapidità di alcuni elementi, senza nasconderla, ma esaltandola. Confort della sala ristorante, servizio ed importante cantina con selezionati ed ottimi vini anche al calice a rendere ancora più piacevole e memorabile la sosta lasciando scolpito il desiderio di tornare a trovarli il prima possibile - Il bistrot ormai da qualche tempo è una valida soluzione per momenti più informali e veloci, grazie alla accurata proposta gastronomica, alla terrazza dalla vista mozzafiato ed un cocktail bar di livello

The Hotel Signum on Salina is a true gem. The breathtaking location offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding nature. The service is first class, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are stylishly furnished and invite you to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent restaurant, which delights with culinary delicacies. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly Recommended!
