Signum In Malfa

We enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the Gourmet restaurant and cannot say enough good things about it! The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, kind, and accommodating. We had the pleasure of getting to know Giuseppe and he made sure our experience was unforgettable. The flavor combinations were exceptional and unique with fantastic service and ambiance. A magical place with a wonderful view where you can have an exciting food and wine experience!

Beautiful hotel, situated in one of Salinas most perfect villages. We visited off-season which was perfect - Lots of space to relax in tranquil spots dotted about the grounds. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming; the rooms have a relaxed feel; the food was very good (small recommendation: would prefer a more extensive wine list). High calibre touch throughout the hotel.

Hotel Signum is truly exceptional. The spa facilities and sauna were pure bliss, and the Bistro dinner was refined and absolutely delicious, even the condiments were homemade and outstanding in flavor. The staff went above and beyond in every way. On our third day, the ferries were unexpectedly canceled due to weather, and it was actually the Signum team who informed us – otherwise we would have been waiting at the port in vain. They kindly offered us the option to stay one more night without any extra charge, and we were deeply touched by their generosity. Signum gave us the feeling of being at home, and I know I will return again in the future. P.S. The toiletries provided in the room (shampoo and shower gel) were top quality – I loved them so much I wanted to bring some home. Next time, I’ll definitely buy them!

Excellent gourmet restaurant, the trip is absolutely worth it, a well-deserved Michelin star, an elegant but very comfortable and welcoming environment, friendly, kind and competent staff, a must try!

We were so impressed by Signum on our most recent trip to Salina. Whilst we weren’t staying at the Hotel, we had the opportunity to visit the bar/restaurant a handful of times. We found the staff to be incredibly warm and generous, making us feel right at home. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Josephina and Raffael for their kindness, for taking the time to share stories about the wines and the history of the islands, and for being so thoughtful and welcoming — especially with our little ones. The food was delicious, and locally sourced which is a huge plus! We can’t wait to come back and actually stay at the hotel next time. Grazie!
