The Hotel Signum on Salina is a true gem. The breathtaking location offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding nature. The service is first class, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are stylishly furnished and invite you to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent restaurant, which delights with culinary delicacies. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly Recommended!

Abbiamo trascorso una serata meravigliosa con mio marito. Piatti eccezionali, in cui la materia prima non viene stravolta ma in ogni piatto si sente il sapore e gusto di ciò che si mangia. Ottima la bagna cauda, lo sgombro affumicato superlativo. Così come la ricciola. Forse un po’ meno il dolce scelto . Ma la piccola pasticceria e il pre dessert li abbiamo trovati ottimi. Nel complesso uno dei migliori stellati da noi visitati.

Location eccezionale, ma il cibo era solo in parte all'altezza. Diciamo una portata si è una portata no. Che se vuoi mantenere una stella michelin non è esattamente quello che ti aspetteresti. Purtroppo non era solo il conto ad essere salato, ma anche molte portate. E mentre per il conto ce lo si aspetta, per il cibo non tanto

23/08/2024: Lots of smoke and little substance. It's a shame because the potential is there. To be "taliare" there is only the dining room staff, very pleasant. Starters, first and second courses arrived at the same time, without time to taste or even clear the table. Practically non-existent service. A disappointment.
