Genuine trattoria, with Rodolfo in the kitchen, his wife in the dining room... Excellent, all homemade.

Lovely restaurant. We booked quite last minute for a moderately large group and they were very accommodating. The food was really good, and very friendly service. A most welcoming and gracious host as well took well care of us. Recommended in Norcia!

Sono stato in questo ristorante durante una gita fuori porta domenicale. Il locale si trova sulla via principale di Norcia ed è composto da una sala interna non vasta ma accogliente e da un dehors chiuso, sulla pubblica via. Il personale è gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo gustato due secondi piatti (filetto di trota e contorni misti, e arrosticini e contorni misti) che erano ottimi sia come qualità che come quantità. Buonissimi anche i dolci (torta di mele e tartellette di frolla con la marmellata). L'unica nota stonata che non mi fa dare il punteggio massimo, e che mi riservo di correggere in una mia futura esperienza, perché per il resto il ristorante merita, è il fatto, un pò limitativo per il cliente, di dover ordinare per forza o solo primi o solo secondi se i commensali vogliono mangiare in contemporanea. Mia moglie voleva prendere un secondo, mentre io gradivo un primo ma mi è stato detto che sarebbero arrivati con tempistiche separate per una scelta organizzativa della cucina. Non volendo mangiare separatamente ho rinunciato al primo ed ho scelto un secondo, ma questo fatto mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca perché comunque dalla cucina uscivano indifferentemente primi e secondi, quindi non vedo dove stia il problema ad assecondare il cliente. Oltretutto in altri ristoranti non mi è mai stata imposta questa limitazione. Spero che la cucina riesca ad organizzarsi in questo senso perché comunque l'esperienza è positiva e mi sento di consigliarlo come ristorante.

I give 3 stars for the experience not terrible but not excellent either. We ate here on an uneventful, quiet Sunday and I don't think I'll go back. Among the qualities I recognize the kind and helpful staff but also the truly generous portions. However, space management is not good at all. I have always hated placing 2-seater tables 10cm apart from each other. There is no confidentiality, I don't feel free to speak, I feel observed. The well-being of the customer cannot be sacrificed in favor of those covered. Regarding the food I can say that the hot dishes are not bad, but cold cuts and cheeses for which the maximum quantity is usually expected in Norcia restaurants were absolutely not good. I've eaten better quality supermarket cured meats. Even among the cheeses, which according to the menu had to be pecorino, there was also cow's cheese. Sin. I hope this aspect will be improved.

Very nice place in the center of Norcia. The staff who manage it are very nice, kind, helpful and professional. The dishes, oriented towards the Umbrian tradition, are made with excellent quality raw materials. The preparation is also accurate and the result of uncommon expertise. We enjoyed an excellent platter of cold cuts and cheeses and were very favorably impressed... mouth-watering... by the fregnacce alla norcina (with bacon, sausage, ricotta, pecorino and pepper) and by the delicious gnocchi from the farmhouse. We also had some very good sausages with potatoes, green beans and radicchio. The craft beer is also excellent! We will be back... also because we have to try other dishes too! ... and we came back ... the tripe offered as an appetizer was excellent and plentiful and the pork butchery frignacce was always excellent! The tozzetti with vin santo are also very good! Advised!

Family management, kind and sociable staff with customers. Clean environment, excellent food from appetizers to the first, second courses, homemade desserts. It deserves to be visited it is recommended to book

Having dinner with a friend to celebrate his 40th birthday. We discovered this place in Corso di Norcia! Evening of 14/01.... practically a deserted city but still a good presence inside the venue. They immediately welcomed us with professionalism and friendliness. Recommended both menu and portions. All good, plentiful and tasty. During dinner they changed cutlery and plates several times, a sign of good attention and customer care. They even improvised a birthday party with a candle attached......! Really cute. The bill: absolutely adequate and real to everything that had been ordered. Honest and justifying. To return...

Locale si trova proprio sul Corso principale di Norcia, è arredato tipo trattoria. La prima sorpresa: al tavolo riservato, un foglio con il Tuo nome, scritto a mano dalla Proprietaria, molto presente e disponibile. Menù semplice, con tipici piatti Umbri, buona la qualità e la quantità. Consigliato il vino della Casa, Rosso Piceno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
