A wonderful Sicilian meal in a relaxed and calm restaurant. The service was wxceptional and all our fish doshes and pastas were tasty and well made. Local wine was served and orive was reasonable. A perfect meal in the most charming old town!

Definitely the least pretentious restaurant in Syracuse with a renowned search for the authenticity of Sicilian cuisine. Great knowledge of wine in general and local wines in particular. Friendly, smiling and complicit service. Discreet rather jazzy musical atmosphere. Avoid the terrace because of the crowds of tourists. Excellent spoken French. In short, not to be missed!

The food at this restaurant was incredible!. The zuppa al frutti di mar was chock full of fresh and tasty seafood. The most I’ve ever seen in a similar dish! The ceviche was delicious, the pastas as well.

Excellent restaurant with impeccable service, the person speaks English, French and of course Italian. The food was delicious and we were very well advised on wine.

Fuimos con mi esposa y unas amigas con quienes estábamos visitando Ortigia, llegamos casi por casualidad y fue realmente una gran experiencia. La atención de las mismas propietarias, el ambiente, la pasta casera, los ingredientes, todo inmejorable. Ambiente acogedor, en pleno centro de Ortigia, con salón comedor y mesas en el exterior. Realmente quedamos felices con nuestra visita y disfrutamos mucho de la atención y calidad de los alimentos. Un imperdible en Siracusa.

Una posizione perfetta in centro non lontano dal duomo. I piatti presentati sono ricchi e abbondanti, dai primi al pesce. Ma forse un po’ troppo conditi. Più leggerezza darebbe maggiore digeribilità.

19/11/2024: Wonderful place in front of the beach. Exceptional food!! Fish in all the most unimaginable forms. I highly recommend (better if out of season)
05/11/2024: You can't help but try tacos, fried food and tuna. Everything else is worth trying too. Attentive and strictly first-come, first-serve service. Eating with a view of the Brancati islet is worth the experience alone.

Spaghetteria Do Scogghiu

15/11/2024: Sentado fuera después de un breve 5 minutos de espera para una mesa - el servicio era lento (para los estadounidenses) y por lo tanto perfecto. Excelente marisco y un poco de vino tinto local muy agradable. Definitivamente recomendable.
11/08/2024: Di sabato in tarda serata, ottimo primo assaggio della cucina di Ortigia, tartare di pregevole fattura con ostriche annesse, pasta alle sarde e pasta con scampi e pistacchio davvero buonissimi, servizio attento con cucina a vista, location caratteristica e bella
