Knowing about food trucks and trying the piadinas at the local festivals (Minerbio). My husband and I were passing by and hungry, so we decided to go in and it was a discovery. The place is discreet but welcoming, and the staff welcomed us with a smile and kindness. We ate a beautiful and delicious platter that 5 stars is an understatement. A gem that we will obviously tell everyone about, but for us it is a special place. Authentic and pure cuisine. We will definitely be back many times, we would absolutely love to try the crescentine.

We relied on their food truck for a party, and what can I say? Delicious sandwiches and professional service. I highly recommend it!

Last weekend, at the Lippo in Fiaba event, I dined at your truck; just like I did at the previous edition of the Festival. I enjoyed the food so much in 2024 that I looked forward to the event all year, hoping to eat there again. The food was once again delicious, and the service was as efficient as ever. I can't wait for September 2026 to continue the tradition!
