Nice hotel, although I expect more from a 4-star, especially for breakfast, hence the 3-star rating for service. It's also true that it has more competitive prices.

The service was good in general. I gave the service a two stars because of the attitude the barista at the morning breakfast. She was quite rude from the beginning. I was asking for a coffee with oat meal. She could not understand English so made one with cow milk. Her attitude continued throughout.

I used the hotel's services for two nights for work. I didn't have high expectations, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, the loud noises from the drains and the water from the adjacent bathrooms at night, and the room cleanliness that could definitely be improved. The standard continental breakfast was a bit bland, more suited to foreigners than Italians.

I booked a triple room using a promotion and paid around €150. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was good, and the room was very soundproof. The location near the EUR district was perfect for me. The only thing that could be improved was having more space to put my suitcases.

Mini Pizza 22cm

13/11/2025: I happened upon this pizzeria by chance and was surprised to discover a truly delicious pizza. 22 centimeters of deliciousness. Very friendly staff and more than reasonable prices. Thank you.
25/10/2025: I'm passing through this pizzeria. The pizza is good, but not the best in my opinion. The fried foods, on the other hand, are truly spectacular. I especially recommend the supplì.

17/11/2025: I stayed at the property with 24 other volunteers from a Genoese association. The staff was always excellent, both before our arrival and throughout our stay. They were kind and helpful. The location is top-notch and very convenient, even for groups (the train station and ATAC bus terminal). The double/twin rooms are nice, but the singles are much less so. The space is a bit limited, but they do have air conditioning and a TV. They are cleaned every day, and the linens are changed. The breakfast buffet is simple but plentiful. The entire interior could use some modernization, even just the common furniture. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you.
13/11/2025: The location is very central, quiet, and convenient for reaching the Vatican. Public transportation is just 20 meters away. The staff is extremely kind, courteous, and professional. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Celiacs like me have no problem with this. In any case, we booked a very large, spacious, and well-appointed quadruple room. I'll keep it in mind for future travel.
