This was our first stay at the Shangri-la, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large terrace and a comfortable bathroom. We were a bit far from reception, so we had to walk through the first building, then out into the garden and into the adjacent building. However, the location is strategic if you want to walk to the sports hall. The only downside is the welcome, which in my opinion could be improved a bit. Sometimes, a greeting and a smile are enough to make everything perfect.

I stopped by for a conference and was very satisfied. The rooms were clean and the food was good. However, the soundproofing in the rooms was not very good.

Polite and professional welcome..... the room was very clean.... in addition to coffee, tea, water, shampoo and shower gel, there were also toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers available... I will definitely be back.

We are regular guests at this property and always feel very welcome and welcomed! This time we were welcomed by Caterina, who is very kind, helpful, and always smiling. All the staff has always helped us meet our requests. Spacious, clean, bright rooms, even with a patio or garden. Shower or bathtub options available. No carpeting. Automatic water or snack dispenser. Breakfast room or bar open. Secure parking. Gym. Conference area. These days it was very quiet and we slept soundly. Thank you so much to everyone, especially Caterina, who gave us her smile and professionalism even when we left. Thank you and see you soon! Cristins and Valerio
