A very beautiful place, but far from the center, so it's not ideal for backpackers. Clean rooms, good food, friendly service, and a clean appearance.

I stopped by for a conference and was very satisfied. The rooms were clean and the food was good. However, the soundproofing in the rooms was not very good.

I spent one night at the hotel for a corporate convention. It's a very large facility with several meeting rooms of varying sizes. There's also a full conference area with a reception/buffet room, a meeting room, and a large reception room with seating. The facility is very welcoming and of excellent quality, both in terms of aesthetics, the attention to detail in the rooms and common areas, and the service. The food is also excellent.

Concert at the Palaeur on January 24-26. Very convenient for the distance, the hotel had a comfortable room, maximum attention to hygiene, and welcoming and professional staff. Quadruple room shared with friends, all completely satisfied. Definitely worth considering for other experiences.

This was our first stay at the Shangri-la, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with a large terrace and a comfortable bathroom. We were a bit far from reception, so we had to walk through the first building, then out into the garden and into the adjacent building. However, the location is strategic if you want to walk to the sports hall. The only downside is the welcome, which in my opinion could be improved a bit. Sometimes, a greeting and a smile are enough to make everything perfect.

Polite and professional welcome..... the room was very clean.... in addition to coffee, tea, water, shampoo and shower gel, there were also toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers available... I will definitely be back.
