Excellent pizza with terrific sourdough base and unique toppings. Seems a new addition on the Alba culinary scene and holds great promise. Friendly young lady managing the restaurant when we visited in May.

Excellent pan pizza. Use of very high quality raw materials - especially flours. Very particular and creative pizza flavors! Excellent!

Amazing pizza made with passion!

The lady who served us explained the ingredients of the pizzas to us with patience and professionalism. We ate the pizzas at home and they were really good, the dough from the shovel was well alveolated, the roast beef was very tender and cooked to perfection, the nduja spicy at the right point, when we pass through Alba we will stop again. We forgot a bag and the lady dropped everything to chase us to the car park, what can I say, an example of kindness!!
