Estoy sorprendido de que alguien le dio a este lugar una crítica negativa. Quizás están acostumbrados a la gelación que se bombea llena de aire o a aquellos que no usan ingredientes frescos y de temporada. ¡No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre lo maravilloso que fue este helado! Tomamos una clase de helado en Montepulciano y lo disfrutamos a diario en Pienza. Nicola y su personal es cálido y amable. Es muy conocedor de la historia del helado, lo que lo hace diferente de los lugares más comercializados, etc. tenía nada menos que 10 sabores en el menú diario. Muchos de los cuales eran diferentes e inventivos. Este es el gelato que medí cada dos gelatos a lo largo del resto de mi viaje. ME ENCANTA esta gelatina!

A small pearl in the heart of Montepulciano. They produce a delicious ice cream, with all natural ingredients absolutely KM0, I tasted an ice cream with new oil and fiordilatte which to say is good, absolutely does not convey the wonderful taste it leaves in the mouth. They should force the owner (Nicola) to put up a sign saying (WARNING IT CREATES ADDICTION) Well done Nico!!!!!

Nicola estaba cerrando la tienda cuando nos acercamos después de una noche horrible en la cena. Cuando le dije que íbamos a buscar su mundialmente famoso helado, dejó de cerrar y abrió la tienda y nos sirvió con una sonrisa. Este hombre es nuestro héroe. ¡Convirtió una velada casi desastrosa en una historia maravillosa! ¡Gracias Nicola!

incredibly flavorful gelato and was actually some of the best we ended up trying throughout tuscany! i got the 100% chocolate and vanilla flavor, had a very strong taste. highly recommend!

29/08/2024: I am really happy to have had this experience of a dinner at the canonical tavern in Castiglion Del Bosco... The menu and the menu of the day satisfied us greatly with dishes of the highest quality and very delicious... I would like to thank in particular the waitress who our table was occupied all evening and she was truly exceptional and professional in taking care of us... a well-structured menu and a truly customer-friendly service, in addition to dinner we also had the pleasure of meeting the very famous chef Carlo Cracco... 06/01/2025: Riserva di Fizzano is definitely a place to visit! The best holiday house in the area with an amazing view, great apartments and service! The area is quiet and really the holiday you are dreaming for! It is close to Poggibonsi town where you can find everything you need! will be back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality! And do not forget to make their wine plus lunch tour in Rocca delle Macìe enoteca!
