The gelato masterclass with Nicola was very interesting. We made our own gelato from peach to sorbet and it was just delicious! Our daughter was never into vanilla ice cream, yet the vanilla gelato we made here, she loooved. Nicola and his team only use highest quality products, and that is something you taste. The pistachio was the best I ever ate. The one with caramel was so good. The chocolate very deep and intense (yet I learned not to stick to my fave chocolate all the time because there is really a whole world of splendid tastes they make 😋). Gracie mille!

The ice cream deserves a 5, and so does the kindness, but the cleverness lowers the rating. The available flavors are listed on a chalkboard, the prices are normal or slightly above normal, the ice cream is truly delicious, but... why ask everyone if they want a receipt? A receipt is required, and if customers leave it on the counter, it doesn't matter: that price also includes VAT, which is thus evaded while I, the customer, pay it and you, the merchant, pocket it under the table: that's it, no ifs or buts. Payment by POS.

I read in another review that they have vegan pistacchio gelato. Unfortunately when we went, they didn’t have it and said that they make it very rarely. I had the vegan Ugandan chocolate gelato, which was tasty but also the only non-fruit based vegan flavour.
