Truly excellent place! We found the atmosphere welcoming, well-kept, and pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful, always attentive to the needs of their customers. Excellent quality, impeccable service, and a lovely atmosphere that makes us want to return. Kudos to all the staff!

The owner of the shop was really friendly when we arrived; you can see the hard work they put into their products even from afar. I've been here before, and there's really nothing to say other than simply compliments. They also offer takeout buffets, which I've done.

Tonight, I had the pleasure of stopping by "Sfizi & Delizie" in Grottaglie on Via delle Torri to order takeout. I ordered a salad with iceberg lettuce, carrots, corn, chicken and veal strips, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. I also had two pieces of focaccia with tomato, mozzarella, and oregano. Excellent service—super kind, professional, and courteous. The wait was short, the portions were absolutely satisfying for the salad, and the focaccia dough was super soft and delicious. The owner was so kind, he gave me two complimentary pucce to accompany the salad, which were also delicious. I found the atmosphere welcoming, clean, and bright. Truly an exceptional place, we've been several times now, the wait is long on weekends but it's definitely worth it, they've always treated us very well, if we could give ten stars for the quality of the food we would.

I really like their products; I've tried several over time, and everything is always excellent and made with quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the owners, who are always kind and polite, even during peak hours, when it would be easy to lose patience with customer requests. I also appreciate the impeccable cleanliness of the counters. Well done!
