03/08/2025: I went to this pizzeria on a Friday evening in July. The location—very pretty—is nestled in the Solarino countryside. The staff—including the owners—are very kind. I ordered a simple Margherita: 🔸 Dough: The crust is nice and thick and well-cooked, with that light char typical of true Neapolitan pizza—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! 👌🔥 🔸 Mozzarella: Evenly distributed and stringy, with a few golden areas that provide a nice contrast in flavor. 🧀😍 🔸 Tomato: The sauce seems fresh and vibrant, with a beautiful deep red color. 🍅❤️ 🔸 Basil: Abundant fresh leaves, added after baking, add flavor and freshness to the pizza. 🌿😋 🔸 Overall: Simple, traditional, but made with care and passion.
