While the service was good, the quantity on the plates was not. And an inopportune charge of 8 euros for the cover, which we had to dispute, reduced it to 3 euros per person. The Carbonara nel tortellone was better than the famous Tagliatelle al ragù.

The restaurant's excellent reviews are unreservedly confirmed. Very friendly staff offer authentic cuisine in the center of Bologna.

The best meal I’ve had in all of Italy. The food was amazing, but the hospitality was extraordinary - we felt like family. Jacquline (and everyone) was so warm and welcoming and so knowledgeable about food, wine, and culture. She recommended a few local vineyards to visit during our stay, which was a wonderful experience as well. It was the highlight of our trip - I will be recommending to all our friends, and I look forward to returning myself!

I had dinner with a friend of mine in this restaurant with an intimate and super relaxed atmosphere with jazz music in the background. As soon as we set foot in the restaurant we immediately felt welcome: the staff was really friendly and professional as was the service. The food was also really good especially the tortelloni! I will definitely return.

High expectations but not met. We chose a French wine, a Gamay. When opening the bottle the cork broke and we were not even asked if it needed changing or not… The dishes were average and excellent especially the tortelloni. It should be noted that the rocket pesto accompanying the meat was very bitter and ruined the dish for our taste (perhaps a mistake by the chef?!?). When asked and reported it to the restaurant owner, he did not even tell us if it was intentional or ‘wrong’ and he kindly made us pay the bill. For these reasons we considered the bill more salty than it should have been. The place is welcoming and the cellar well stocked.

Very intimate atmosphere with careful management, excellent choice of wines that perfectly accompany the good food. You have to book but it's worth it.

Super locale. Sette Tavoli di nome e di fatto: piccolo ristorante super ben curato con atmosfera bellissima e rilassante. Personale super cortese e professionale. In piano centro (davanti al teatro Duse) si entra e dopo il bancone si apre un sipario rosso e si entra in questo piccolo ristorantino con solo 7 tavoli. Musica gradevolissima ad un livello basso che ti rilassa. Cibo super non saprei cosa consigliare tutto buonissimo e di qualità. Ottima selezione di vini

Buon ristorante con veramente sette tavoli... Cucina tradizionale e ricercata con ottimi sapori. Locale adatto per cene di coppia. Perfetto per chi deve andare al Teatro Duse. Ottimo e cordiale il servizio

27/06/2025: We ate tagliatelle with ragù, eggs with truffle, salad, fried anchovies, green ravioli with cheese, chocolate cake and parmesan pistachio ice cream and balsamic vinegar glaze. Good food. Fast service Friendly owner
