Each dish is a demonstration of tireless study and search for perfection and even the "apparently" simplest one actually hides a great technical mastery which together with passion and excellent quality raw materials give life to perfect creations. The combination of wines expertly proposed by the sommelier was very welcome, allowing you to savor each course even better, capturing even the most subtle nuances. We had lunch here after our check in.It’s very relaxing and lunch was good.We especially loved trying out different desserts!

The two Michelin star restaurant “Seta” was a pleasant discovery. The environment is relaxing and the staff very professional and friendly. The dishes on the “Silk Road” menu are excellent; in particular, I appreciated the spaghetti with sea anemones and the raspberry risotto. A refined gastronomic experience, perfect for those seeking haute cuisine in an elegant atmosphere.

Che cosa bisogna aggiungere a questo meraviglioso ristorante, piatti fantastici, brigata in cucina meravigliosa, cantina ottima, ambiente chic ma rilassato.. sicuramente uno dei miei nuovi posti del cuore. E’ stata un’emozione. Grazie

The restaurant is excellent. High standard and Michelin stars👍 The only negative is that they accept dogs. This is a big disadvantage👎👎👎

Very central and well-kept location. Cozy and romantic atmosphere. Excellent food, well presented and served. We didn't really understand the role of the sommelier (I think his name was Andrea), a little too technical, bordering on super-cazzola... Yet we politely asked him to explain things in a simple way, but he instead continued with other incomprehensible terms, pronounced badly and hastily, not very useful for choosing the most appropriate wine. In the end we did it ourselves and it went quite well. The gentlemen at the next table had a similar experience with the same sommelier. We looked at each other and laughed. Apart from this aspect, the rest of the restaurant lives up to its reputation. The bill is very expensive but we already knew that from the start. Precisely for this reason we expect maximum attention

The environment is very nice and the service very attentive, the dishes use molecular cuisine a lot, which is exceptional, it would be perfect if the wine pairing were better.

Very interesting fixed menu choices. A bottle of white wine works quite well with almost all of the dishes. Also the staff is very friendly.
