We are not impressed by any dish at all. I am disappointed by how much tasting excitement they as a Michelin two stars have to offer. It is not so good as compared to other Michelin’s I had. The fish dishes were even very fishy in an unpleasant way. The food is just okay, but I have to be critical when they have two stars, with dishes not matched to that honor.

More than an experience. We took the 10-year Seta itinerary with its historic dishes, everything was superb! I'll be back to try the itinerary of the month too.

I traveled from Genoa specifically to dine at this restaurant and enjoy a peaceful evening. I admit that despite my high expectations, the team, the selection of dishes, and the accompanying wines made me reevaluate my standards. It was truly a magical evening, welcomed and pampered in every way from the moment of arrival until the end of the dinner.
The menu is well-balanced, with decidedly flavorful notes that are never overpowering. And if we pair it with the right wine, it's amazing. There's no discord between the dish and the wine, a bit like in a movie when the perfect transition between two scenes takes place; in short, one doesn't overshadow the other and vice versa.
As already mentioned, the staff is fantastic: helpful, quick, and flexible enough to make dinner a truly unique experience.
Special mention goes to Chef Guida, whom I had the opportunity to meet, and to sommelier Paolo, who was able to guide me and teach me more about the world of viticulture.

We were disappointed ! ....the food was ok, mediocre and not great. Service seemed ok. Atmosphere not very good.
I have eaten at restaurants all over the world, and Seta simply is not one of the best and it is extremely overpriced.

It was a great experience.
Unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to, they serve starters and drinks (champagne - 35 euros including charge) first, then show the menu.
The service, including the menus provided, was meticulous.
If you're ordering a typical three-course lunch (tasting menu?), I personally recommend sticking to the top-tier dishes.
The chicken breast steak was delicious and had a fun texture, but if I had to choose just one, I'd go with the eel. I love chocolate, but the pumpkin dessert was even better.
I don't eat oysters well, so I tried a different risotto. The oyster dish was excellent, but the risotto was truly exceptional.

We have high expectations for every well-reputed restaurant we visit, especially those star restaurants. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with Seta, mainly due to the service provided and the quality of the white truffle.Staff are well trained, polite and provide standard restaurant service, but felt cold, indifferent and not proactive. No one says farewell when we leave. May be they don't value Asian costumers. Will not return in the future.

Wonderful food and fantastic staff. We had the Ten Years anniversary menu. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted delicious (although the Eel wasn't to out taste). Very highly recommended for a special dinner.
