The servers for our tasting menu were warm, attentive, and unobtrusive. Hospitality here has the same attention to detail as the food being served. Chef Antonio Guida and his team deliver a tasting menu nothing short of extraordinary. Each plate is as delicious to eat as it is beautiful to look at. It was seventeen courses, and we left full and happy but not overly stuffed. From pigeon to sea urchin to risotto to three courses of dessert featuring a special Easter bread, everything I ate was unique, delicious, and prepared in a creative way. Seta should be a destination for everyone. Chef Guida and his team have created a celebration of flavor and hospitality that will leave a lasting impression with you. The meal was not inexpensive (it was rather expensive) but it was definitely worth every penny. It is not hyperbole to say dinner was spectacular.

We had the opportunity to interact during our dinner with the Chef, a great person and great professional with refined tones and discreet elegance. Our journey was divine. We particularly enjoyed the wood pigeon, the sweetbreads, the pigeon, their fantastic risotto and their pastries. Experience to do!

SETA RESTAURANT = PERFECTION!! Elegant and refined venue with an unmistakable style. Once through the entrance the curtain opens onto a room where perfection rooted in every detail is the emblem and the staff is the perfect combination of professionalism, kindness, elegance and friendliness; in fact, there is no shortage of smiles and short conversations that make the experience even more real and special. "Behind the scenes" here is a cuisine that knows how to delight the palate of diners with perfectly balanced and executed proposals. In the tasting journey "THE SILK ROAD" each course is a "warm embrace" which: satisfies the sight, stimulates the mind, delights the palate and warms the heart. Each dish is a demonstration of tireless study and search for perfection and even the "apparently" simplest one actually hides a great technical mastery which together with passion and excellent quality raw materials give life to perfect creations. The combination of wines expertly proposed by the sommelier was very welcome, allowing you to savor each course even better, capturing even the most subtle nuances. The two Michelin star restaurant “Seta” was a pleasant discovery. The environment is relaxing and the staff very professional and friendly. The dishes on the “Silk Road” menu are excellent; in particular, I appreciated the spaghetti with sea anemones and the raspberry risotto. A refined gastronomic experience, perfect for those seeking haute cuisine in an elegant atmosphere.

Che cosa bisogna aggiungere a questo meraviglioso ristorante, piatti fantastici, brigata in cucina meravigliosa, cantina ottima, ambiente chic ma rilassato.. sicuramente uno dei miei nuovi posti del cuore. E’ stata un’emozione. Grazie
