I saw this place on a video on the YouTube channel "Roma Rozier" about the best places for street food in Rome. I had just gotten off an 11 hour flight and was determined that this would be my first bite of Italy. We took the train from the hotel in Fiumicino to Trastevere, then walked a lot farther than I thought to find it. I had only an over-microwaved ham and cheese croissant for the last 6 hours, so I was starving. Had a slice of pizza with porcini mushrooms and (I think) potatoes, that was amazing. but it was the suppli classico that I really came for, and it did not disappoint! But the main reason I chose it was because my wife is vegan and they have a vegan burger on the menu, which she had. From the first bite, she was making all kinds of nom-nom sounds. What a great way to start a 9 day food odyssey which just got better with every bite.

Came to Rome thinking pasta or pizza would be the best food i would have. Wrong, the stagionato sandwich here was absolutely superb.

While visiting Rome, we accidentally discovered this place and were pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff and delicious burgers. Highly recommended (unfortunately, I only have one photo; we were too hungry).

Great burger and friendly service!

The chicken burger was delicious. After days of eating pasta and pizza this was a welcome and unexpected treat. Good quality ingredients and great as a take away. The sesame seed bun has a toasted sesame flavor. Overall, 10/10 if you are looking for a “burger”. In my opinion, it’s better than a traditional burger! My husband had the original burger and the suppli classico. He raved about both.
