Photos do not do this place justice! Absolutely loved this experience. Go in with an open mind and a willing to try anything and you'll love it. There we were 3 and all of us were eating and tasting things we normally wouldn't. Can't speak high enough of the team either. Thank you for such an unique experience.

I had booked with the expectation of a particular gastronomic journey, with lights and sounds, based on what I thought I had intuited. Instead, I found myself experiencing something unique and incredible: food turned out to be “simply” the means to grasp the final message of the entire experience. Sensorium cannot be catalogued: I never thought I would find myself taking an introspective journey, as if into another dimension, forgetting the outside world. A round of applause for the genius, depth, passion, dedication, research, delicacy, beauty. I will remember it for the rest of my life. I will not be able to help but return.

Sensorium is not a restaurant. It is a place-non-place where the visionary alchemist (and chef) Federico and his team transport you to a multifaceted dimension to be interpreted with multiple keys of interpretation and at your pleasure. It is an introspective journey but also the search for an external world that takes shape through the 5 senses. It is a game of intertwining vision, perception, paradox, matter, chemistry and, above all, quality. In fact, good connoisseurs of raw materials, cuisine or wine (and potions) will not lack the opportunity to appreciate, be surprised and amazed. In the ninth "act" (=dish) nostalgia peeps out, for a journey that is coming to an end but that you would never want to end. Good music connoisseurs will not be disappointed. And for those who, like me, do not understand anything about it, rest assured because mind, body and soul will thank you. Sensorium is not a restaurant. It is a place-non-place where anything can happen, especially through your mind. But be careful, when you leave, do not be so sure that you are the same person you were when you entered. Thank you

The setting, the creativity, the evening's program according to the proposed theme, the colours, the sounds, the chosen musical set list, the explanations and the sometimes brilliant ideas: all fantastic. Regardless of tastes, however, objectively: sometimes not all courses live up to expectations (and price) as does the pairing. However, it remains a wonderful and recommended experience.

Last year we tried SENSORIUM for the first time with the AYAHUASCA sensorial menu, we were so impressed that at the first opportunity we wanted to return to try the new proposal for 2025: ARTIFICIAL STUPIDITY. Naturally, after the last experience, expectations were very high and for Chef Federico Rottigni to amaze us once again would have been a daring challenge, but I can confirm that he succeeded brilliantly. He did this by involving us in a futuristic journey, a space-time projection beyond three-dimensionality, he led us into an Orwellian dimension where human perception itself is questioned, nothing is anymore what it seems, but nevertheless we remain what we are and we will continue to love what we have always loved. On his journey, after amazing vicissitudes, the Chef offers us a comfortable happy ending, but he also asks us a question: will we be able to recognize what we really love? Will we be able to defend and preserve it? This sensorial journey is essentially an interactive and cutting-edge work of art, a warning to patrons regarding the direction in which humanity has headed, so that the wisdom of the human heart can always maintain control of society. I consciously do not pause to describe the dishes because it would not be significant to the experience and to anticipate some information would be a limit to the experience and a lack of respect towards the research and development work carried out by the Chef and his staff to present this work to us. Having said that, it is quite clear that you cannot approach all this as if you were approaching a dinner in a restaurant even if it were of the highest level, where the dish remains the protagonist vector of emotions, but here it is beyond all this; at Sensorium the focus is shifted on ourselves, on our essence, the scope is only one of the leading elements towards one's intimate sensorial journey, and in any case in all this you will be able to have the privilege of tasting extraordinary products, some of which are so particular as to possess metaphysical characteristics, products that are mostly unobtainable on the market, only for which the price of the ticket is worth it.

360 degree experience. Body, mind, senses, perhaps even before taste. Coming to Sensorium means trying to understand and experience an idea, a story. And maybe even come out a little enriched after looking inside. Environment studied in detail, welcoming and perfectly in tune staff, almost capable of creating a "sinuous dance" behind the counter. Quality - price compliant with the refinement of the opportunity that each person chooses a priori to give themselves.

Calling it a dinner is an understatement, as Federico and his (very knowledgeable) staff are keen to let you know right away. An evening at the Sensorium is more reminiscent of an artistic performance, a holistic experience which, through sounds, texture, smells and that almost aggressive gait of the actors, takes you on a journey inside and outside yourself. But then...is it a theater? Not only that, because the chef adds highly sought-after food and drinks, also inserting taste and touch into this pungent equation of the senses! Highly recommended, the price is also honest considering the proposal and the refinement.

We went to Sensorium on Friday evening, and it was an indescribable experience. We had already been there a year ago, and we were so impressed that we returned to try this new "menu". I write it in "quotes" because calling it just a menu would be like devaluing the entire experience: Sensorium is not a restaurant, but a real sensorial immersion that pushes participants to question their beliefs. The food was excellent, with combinations that were not at all obvious and surprising. We were delighted by some alcoholic combinations, truly extraordinary! We will definitely be back for the next experience!!

Esperienza unica. Iniziamo col dire che il locale è per pochissimi commensali, mi sembra 10 sia il numero massimo. La sera in cui siamo stati eravamo 8, pertanto siamo stati serviti da 4 chef/camerieri che si sono occupati di noi con un rapporto di 1:2. Questo ci fa già capire l'esclusività del posto e l'attenzione che viene fornita al cliente. La qualità del cibo servito è spaziale, ma l'esperienza non è solo culinaria. La serata è condita da musiche, luci e odori particolari incentrati sul tema della cena. Nel nostro caso il percorso sensoriale è stato quello della "Ayahuasca", lo chef Federico riesce a coinvolgere i commensali nella cena con le sue spiegazioni e ci si immerge completamente nella storia. Al termine della cena c'è la possibilità di fermarsi con lo chef ed il personale per una piacevole chiacchierata riguardo all'esperienza vissuta. Il prezzo è, ovviamente, molto elevato ma vale l'offerta proposta dal locale. Consigliato per una serata diverse da tutte le altre.
