Calling it a dinner is an understatement, as Federico and his (very knowledgeable) staff are keen to let you know right away. An evening at the Sensorium is more reminiscent of an artistic performance, a holistic experience which, through sounds, texture, smells and that almost aggressive gait of the actors, takes you on a journey inside and outside yourself. But then...is it a theater? Not only that, because the chef adds highly sought-after food and drinks, also inserting taste and touch into this pungent equation of the senses!
Highly recommended, the price is also honest considering the proposal and the refinement.

Body, mind, senses, perhaps even before taste. Coming to Sensorium means trying to understand and experience an idea, a story.
And maybe even come out a little enriched after looking inside.
Environment studied in detail,
welcoming and perfectly in tune staff, almost capable of creating a "sinuous dance" behind the counter. Quality - price compliant with the refinement of the opportunity that each person chooses a priori to give themselves.

We went to Sensorium on Friday evening, and it was an indescribable experience.
We had already been there a year ago, and we were so impressed that we returned to try this new "menu". I write it in "quotes" because calling it just a menu would be like devaluing the entire experience: Sensorium is not a restaurant, but a real sensorial immersion that pushes participants to question their beliefs.
The food was excellent, with combinations that were not at all obvious and surprising. We were delighted by some alcoholic combinations, truly extraordinary!
We will definitely be back for the next experience!!
It was an unforgettable evening! I had a unique experience in culinary art combined with sound, lights, smells, tastes, great sensations. These people redefine everything you know about food, in fact it is a different experience - that "something never seen before"!

Very interesting experience, it is not just about the food but the whole experience. The staff really cares about all the details and took the time to explain us more about their food sources and the care they put into choosing their ingredients. It is different from a regular dinner, and it is worth it.

The Sensorium is a difficult place to define: restaurant, show cooking, theatre, location for reserved and exclusive events... It's a bit of everything mentioned and something more. It is a place that surprises and excites the imagination, where taste guides sensations, but everything that revolves around it is strictly synergistic and interconnected to accompany you on a truly unique holistic experience, absolutely worth trying. Congratulations to chef Federico Rottigni and his collaborators and thanks for the "pasta clam" that you left us as a souvenir.

It was a unique experience. A mixture of amazement, anticipation, memories, emotions.
An experience that overwhelms you and transports you to a parallel world, making you rediscover profound sides of yourself.
As for the food it was something unique. Tastes, shapes, aromas and colors. Different textures and flavors, but together they almost form a dance, how perfectly balanced they are.
I'm honest, it's hard to describe, but Sensorium you have to try at least once in your life!

Esperienza unica. Iniziamo col dire che il locale è per pochissimi commensali, mi sembra 10 sia il numero massimo. La sera in cui siamo stati eravamo 8, pertanto siamo stati serviti da 4 chef/camerieri che si sono occupati di noi con un rapporto di 1:2. Questo ci fa già capire l'esclusività del posto e l'attenzione che viene fornita al cliente. La qualità del cibo servito è spaziale, ma l'esperienza non è solo culinaria. La serata è condita da musiche, luci e odori particolari incentrati sul tema della cena. Nel nostro caso il percorso sensoriale è stato quello della "Ayahuasca", lo chef Federico riesce a coinvolgere i commensali nella cena con le sue spiegazioni e ci si immerge completamente nella storia. Al termine della cena c'è la possibilità di fermarsi con lo chef ed il personale per una piacevole chiacchierata riguardo all'esperienza vissuta.
Il prezzo è, ovviamente, molto elevato ma vale l'offerta proposta dal locale.
Consigliato per una serata diverse da tutte le altre.

Una experiencia bastante interesante. Definitivamente no es la taza de té de todos, pero vale la pena probarla. Tuve una cena maravillosa con mis amigos y me encantaría volver de nuevo. Pruébalo : todos tus sentidos serán desafiados: )
