Wonderful culinary and sensory experience that I deeply loved every single moment. Never experienced anything like it, something that each of us should experience at least once in our lives. It was funny, moving, profound, enchanting. Everyone who worked on it was very professional, it felt like being in a movie, almost unreal. That evening it was all such a profound intuition that you don't expect it in the slightest in a place where you plan to have dinner and little more. Leave everything you know about restaurants behind, because this isn't one of them. Here you discover new tastes, sounds, and smells, as well as discovering new versions of yourself. Thanks to everyone who made it possible, I will be back as soon as possible to try the new menus!

If you are looking for a restaurant understood in the most classic sense, this place is not for you; whoever comes to Sensorium should at least know what they are going to encounter and that to access it it is necessary to abandon all preconceptions to place oneself in a position of active listening, in order to collect and reinterpret the sensorial stimuli that chef Federico offers you on a journey in which food it is expertly used as a powerful evocative tool.
It's my second experience at the Sensorium; if REBORN had thrilled me to the point of crying over a tomato, with AYAHUASCA I would never have imagined coming across a "trauma" from my childhood and overcoming it. Years ago my mother had a container of kombucha at home and I was terrified of the jelly disc that I thought had a life of its own and was floating waiting to pop out. When I saw the same container on the chef's counter which, meanwhile, illustrated the dish of ceviche made with that thing (I learned it's called a scoby) I was about to get off the stool.
But then the dish was really beautiful and inviting... I ate it and it was delicious.
Chapeau.
I told Federico that from now on I will call him "the alchemist".
For me, an exciting experience. Highly recommended.

Desecrating and revolutionary sensorial synaesthetic evening. Extremely exclusive and pioneering experience. Exhilarating and exciting. The chef-director is an absolute genius of phenomenal creativity, devoted entirely to his crazy mission and his visionary conception of the senses. An Alchemist who mixes science and humanity. The staff is impeccable and rigorous. Soldier-automatons who are priests of a mystical and at times esoteric rite manage the phases of the experience like druids in the temple. The sublime and extremely refined and rare food immersed in lights and sounds that magically become part of it or even are part of it themselves or become part of it together with the observer. Something magical, unique and completely unexpected and surprising.

The experience was fantastic. Everything from the staff, the food, the theatrics. The ox was incredible. We could not recommend it more, an absolutely awesome experience. Nash was great, answered all our questions with great detail and knowledge.
