We stopped for lunch and had a really good time. The food was excellent, the waitress who served us was helpful and always smiling, and the prices are very competitive.

A truly positive experience. The restaurant immediately stands out for the quality of its food and the attentive, friendly, and always present service without being intrusive. The fried foods deserve a special mention: dry, crispy, and surprisingly light, a sign of carefully selected ingredients and expertly fried. The pizza is also excellent, with a delicate, well-leavened, and highly digestible dough that doesn't leave you feeling heavy even at the end of the meal. The ingredients are high-quality and well-balanced, enhancing every bite without being overbearing. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for both a casual lunch or a meal with friends. The staff contributes significantly to the experience, with professionalism and great customer service. An inn that focuses on quality and attention to detail: highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again.

Here we are in Montisola on Lake Iseo. 🎉🎉 After touring the island, we stopped at the Locanda Contemporanea. The place is both a hotel and a bistro, offering both indoor and outdoor dining. We tried the cured meats, chickpea meatballs, and bruschetta with burrata and bottarga... Everything was delicious. The service was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. The place has a beautiful panoramic terrace that you absolutely must see—a masterpiece.

In the magical setting of Monte Isola, this hotel is truly an interesting and successful project that modernises tradition. Well-managed by a very young and passionate team, it offers a high-quality experience, from the rooms (I recommend those with a lake view, unmissable) to the meticulously prepared breakfast and excellent cuisine. We had a wonderful time.

I have so much to say I don't know where to begin. I just finished my romantic getaway to Sensole, and I couldn't have made a better choice, starting with the truly off-the-beaten-path season, which still offers warm, sunny days. I already knew Monte Isola, but not this place, and I must say I found true peace here. I booked a room with half board, and as a foodie, I loved everything about it: from the tasting menu at dinner to the gourmet breakfast the following morning. Not content with that, we also tried lunch at the Bistrot. If you hadn't already figured it out, I highly recommend it!

The inn is located in the center of Monte Isola, the lake view is beautiful but the rooms are not very well kept.
