This fish-only restaurant is located in the nightlife area, called TESTACCIO, in the heart of Rome near the Tiber. Having a celiac wife, I'm always looking for somewhere new. When we have to book we say to ourselves: is an old and well-known restaurant better or should we try and take a risk with a new one? This place was a pleasant surprise. I tasted right here, for the first time, spaghetti with sea urchin pulp (my passion that I share with Inspector Montalbano) strictly fresh (they have them sent from Sicily). A very valid alternative is the Fisherman's Pan with fresh pasta and a rich mix of fish.
