Excellent butcher's shop in the center of Bevagna. Characteristic and evocative place, helpful and approachable staff. The owner is kind and truly passionate about his work and expresses all his passion in the dishes which are exquisite.

It presents itself as a tavern where the authenticity of the products should be guaranteed.
We took a cut that wasn't really soft and lamb chops that were a little abnormal... they seem reheated! Could it be that we don't understand anything?
Tried it again with a second course of lamb... now let's think about it, very soft and tasty!
Are we starting to understand something? 😅 Ok..
Overall I would say sufficient..

Spectacular... We had dinner two nights in a row... we couldn't resist the quality of the meat served, cut from a Florentine mixed grill weighing 3,100 kg, spectacular... And then hand cut ham, pecorino cheese, grilled potatoes and everything else...delight of the palate a plus ultra...and then the bill?? Very honest ... Super super recommended ... Thank you thank you again from the bottom of my heart ... The capital bows to such quality ...

Excellent meat restaurant. Brace managed with skill, the owners have a butcher's shop so the quality is on the safe side and the meat is cut on the spot. Informal and relaxed environment.

Absolutely positive experience: delicious meat masterfully cooked, attentive and kind service. Excellent value for money . We were there on a Thursday evening, probably at the weekend it takes a little patience, but it's absolutely worth it.

High quality food and honest prices. The best value for money reviewed lately. Very friendly and helpful staff. The meats are really well done on the grill and the roast potatoes are a delight for the palate. Excellent wines and desserts... we repeat tonight!!!

The positive points are: the venue, which is very nice; the quality of the food, which from what we tasted is good.
Negative points: the waiting times (an hour and a half between starter and second course) and in my opinion the service, which was hasty and a bit rude (not so much in our case, but towards numerous other customers sitting next to us who they rightly and politely asked for information on waiting times).
The bill is in line with other places in the area.

Excellent dinner during a weekend in the area. As an appetizer we took cured meats, cheese and knife-cut ham. Quality and non-commercial cured meats. There are no first courses on the menu so we continued with a simple cut and one with rosemary with side dishes. Good desserts but nothing special. We will certainly return again on another holiday!
