What can I say about their ice cream? Incredible flavor and creaminess in every ice cream they create, exceptional service, and a great location and atmosphere. It became our go-to spot and still is. We'll always come back! THANK YOU!!!

22/08/2025: From the fantastically simple entrée, to an excellent appetizer, to an excellent first course and concluding with a superb second course… all accompanied by a white Malvasia… I can say that our experience at this restaurant was beautiful and delicious! See you soon!
16/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th at A Sud dell'Anima in Minervino Murge with our dog Bianca, who was welcomed without any problems. A well-kept and welcoming place, run by young people with great passion and kindness. Dishes combine tradition and creativity in a gourmet way, using excellent quality ingredients. Attentive yet discreet service. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👌✨
