I was taken here by a colleague. I had no idea they had skewers in Italy! The liver was excellent and very tasty. Thank you for the meal! It was a wonderful restaurant.

The food here is very good and there are various events on various days, for example on Thursdays there is the "Sing, Eat and Have Fun" event where there is a karaoke night for those who want to sing during dinner.

If I could have, I would have given more than 5 stars....everything was truly exceptional, but the arrosticini were truly spectacular. Then, something I've always found in 9 out of 10 restaurants (that the coffee almost always sucks), but in this case, even the coffee was exceptional...in this case, it means it's truly the 🔝 I truly recommend this restaurant from the bottom of my heart.

08/11/2025: I was searching for good place to dine in the vasto area and found this gem. The service people were super friendly. You can dine in inside or outside based on your preference. There is a good parking facility for the ease of customers. The food was super delicious. There is options for you to order pizzas for two if you are going as a couple. There are also vegan options to choose from. Really loved the options and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the vasto area. Happy eating 🤤

La Collinetta Restaurant

13/08/2025: I have family in Montazzoli, but I always stay and end up eating at La Collinetta. Although the bed is quite hard and the cleaning lady is quite noisy early in the morning, everything is very clean, and it's still very worthwhile. The owners are very hardworkers, super friendly and smiling all the time, and Chef Thommy is a genius in the abruzzese kitchen! We can't wait to go back ❤️
