Schloss Hotel Korb In Appiano sulla strada del vino

After a wonderful vacation on Lake Garda, Booking.com showed me this magical castle hotel. The room price, at first glance, seems on the high side, and now I have to say, it's absolutely justified. Entering the hotel is simply a dream. Since I'm very spiritual, I immediately sense other people's vibes and feelings. The staff, as well as the other guests at the hotel, were absolutely relaxed. Every wish is truly fulfilled. Normally, wine always gives me a headache, but this was absolutely not the case here. I would especially like to mention that the manager personally greeted us and asked us if we were comfortable. Where else can you find that? I'm absolutely thrilled and would love to come back. Thank you so much. 😊❤️🫶

We stayed at the castle hotel for one night. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. Overall, every member of staff, and of course the owners, made every effort to fulfill every guest's wish. The outdoor area was a feast for the eyes; you can tell it's been lovingly maintained and decorated. Our room was older, but it was clean and very quiet...we slept very well, so we slept very well. We'll definitely be back!!! Keep it up...

Beautiful view, not ours, but a pastoral and quiet location

A uniquely beautiful location, a beautiful park with cozy seating, comfortable suites, excellent cuisine, and friendly staff. The only downside is that when additional events are booked, the staff is stretched to their limits on those days.

A very nice place with excellent cuisine and wonderful views

The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.

I can only recommend this place

A wonderfully beautiful place to linger and relax. It's a little oasis for anyone seeking peace and quiet, a little paradise. The view down into the valley, onto the mountains, and onto the vineyards is breathtaking. I personally booked a modern deluxe room in the new building. I'd especially like to mention Melanie from the restaurant service team, who rushes through the restaurant, onto the terrace, and into the adjoining rooms like a whirlwind every day, always with an open ear for guests, incredibly thoughtful, and always with a smile on her face. She has the restaurant in her hands, but without her it would be in limbo. A colleague from the kitchen, wearing a gray cap, does the same, sprinting up the many steps between the restaurant and the kitchen. The food is truly excellent; the rib eye is incredibly tender. I'd also like to particularly mention the delicious bread, and the crispy, fluffy brioche. Equipped with two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, the massage is also fantastic, as are the wonderfully fragrant roses in the garden. A wonderful hike to Boymont Castle with luscious cakes. I'll definitely be coming back to this little oasis many times.
