Schloss Hotel Korb In Appiano sulla strada del vino

We stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb for our honeymoon. We had indicated in writing in advance that we would like to spend it there. Unfortunately, nothing had been arranged. At breakfast, we discovered that other tables had been specially decorated. The situation was, of course, extremely unfortunate. What was really good: - Breakfast/dinner and the service (a very friendly, "on-the-ball" waiter) - The meal was really enjoyable - The main building, as well as the restaurant, are really chic and beautifully decorated What was unfortunately disappointing: - Both outdoor pools were in very poor condition (severe discoloration, peeling film, etc.) - The room is no longer of an acceptable standard (considering the hotel's classification and the price). Baseboards were broken, the curtains had stains, etc., and the furnishings seemed mismatched. - Information (general hotel information) about the hotel and the surrounding area was virtually nonexistent. Overall, I have to say that some of the recent reviews quite rightly emphasize the condition of the rooms and the outdoor area. It's a real shame, because the hotel has real potential. And we can't really recommend it. Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was helpful at the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. Thank you again!

Just a stroll, not a visit to the hotel. But it's a classic car meeting place. There were a few treasures and a new McLaren in the garage.

Great facilities. The tennis court, outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, and breakfast were all fantastic. Great views of Bolzano and the surrounding area

We visited here for the first time and will definitely be back, but this time with our dog. The hotel is wonderfully located, and the staff are extremely friendly. The pool area is also very nice and spacious. The rooms might be a bit dated for young people, but they're perfectly fine. They also offer Vespa rentals, a great idea. The hotel is absolutely dog-friendly, and the breakfast is fantastic. You can order drinks at the bar at any time, and within walking distance are two wonderful castles with excellent food (they close at 6 p.m.!). We didn't try the hotel food.

This is one of the most beautiful place I've visited in Italy. The view is breathtaking. The only regret - I didn't booked more nights there.

It's a shame the kitchen is closed to visitors. We had coffee and a slice of bread. The view is great.

Beautiful location with excellent staff. It's an old building with beautiful features; I've never seen anything quite like it. The amenities could use some renovation. However, the bubbles in the jacuzzi no longer work, the bottom of pool one is coming loose, and the other pool is a bio-pool with lots of algae and a smell when you get out – you have to be patient with that. The owner has a very large dog, but he also barks at his staff. If you're not old, rich, or German, you're not worth a second glance. The wine tasting by the owner was the strangest we've ever experienced. He spoke German for two hours straight. There was an employee with him who spoke another language and could explain it to the other guests, but the owner wouldn't let him speak and there was no room for him. He was otherwise very friendly and always available to answer our questions. Just like the other receptionist, who was truly fantastic. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, but sometimes we had to wait a long time for someone to come by. Dinner wasn't our favorite, but that's just what you have to be happy with. Furthermore, it was our honeymoon, and we didn't even receive a card or a congratulations message, although this was mentioned when we made the reservation.

After a wonderful vacation on Lake Garda, Booking.com showed me this magical castle hotel. The room price, at first glance, seems on the high side, and now I have to say, it's absolutely justified. Entering the hotel is simply a dream. Since I'm very spiritual, I immediately sense other people's vibes and feelings. The staff, as well as the other guests at the hotel, were absolutely relaxed. Every wish is truly fulfilled. Normally, wine always gives me a headache, but this was absolutely not the case here. I would especially like to mention that the manager personally greeted us and asked us if we were comfortable. Where else can you find that? I'm absolutely thrilled and would love to come back. We stayed at the castle hotel for one night. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. Overall, every member of staff, and of course the owners, made every effort to fulfill every guest's wish. The outdoor area was a feast for the eyes; you can tell it's been lovingly maintained and decorated. Our room was older, but it was clean and very quiet...we slept very well, so we slept very well. We'll definitely be back!!! Keep it up...
