The restaurant is simply decorated and the staff is very helpful. I like traditional cuisine from the south of Italy and we had the following;
Crostino with Scante ricotta, sautéed tomato and cacioricotta
Crostino with burrata Cantabrian anchovies and lemon zest
Eggplant parmigiana
Homemade tagliatelle with pesto, crispy capocollo and cherry tomatoes
Homemade ricciatelle with 14 fresh tomatoes, pecorino and basil
and drank excellent homemade red wine Li Veli Susumaniello
everything was very good, a real gastronomic delight..

A superb discovery, the food is excellent, the service too. We feel very welcome and the waiters' advice on the menu is very useful! I recommend you 100% for an excellent value for money dinner and a relaxing atmosphere.

Looking for a good restaurant for Sunday lunch, we chose Scante, drawn by the positive reviews. It was an excellent choice!
The dishes are a true celebration of Salento tradition: authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a passion evident in every course. From appetizer to dessert, every bite was a delight, so much so that we ordered seconds of some dishes.
Compliments to the friendly and professional staff, and a special thanks to Mr. Bruno, who was friendly and kind. We'll see you again!

A welcome in French with a handy QR code menu...
Very good food and fast service, all in French...
One downside: a visibly drunk and noisy neighbor, but I admit that the restaurant isn't responsible for the rudeness of its customers.
A must-see.

Di qualità ottima e cucinato in modo casalingo.
Perfetto! Consiglio di passare di qui per assaporare il cibo tipico.
