We tried the tasting menu and were delighted. Good food, good wine and very friendly staff.
I also found the bill to be fair compared to what we ate.

Simply divine.
Everything perfect, from the location, to the service, to the exceptionally cooked dishes. It is not a simple dinner but a tasting journey. I highly recommend it.

Birthday dinner in the heart of San Salvario. Ordered tasting menus and other à la carte dishes. The quality and service of the dishes, from the starters to the desserts including the cake, are truly at very high levels. The braised cheek on anthology mashed potatoes literally melted in your mouth. All accompanied by an excellent Dolcetto di Ceretto, 13.5° of poetry. Attentive, discreet and courteous staff. One of the best dinners of recent years in a very well furnished and welcoming venue. Unmissable!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. Each dish was expertly prepared and impeccably presented. The flavors were well balanced and every bite was a delight.
Appetizers
Vitello tonnato: tender and tasty, with a perfectly balanced tuna sauce.
Rabbit tuna: a delicious surprise, with succulent and well-seasoned meat.
First courses
Agnolotti: filled with authentic flavours, cooked to perfection.
Tajarin with sausages and leeks: a rich and comforting dish, with fresh pasta and high quality ingredients.
Second
Braised cheek: very tender and flavorful, it melted in your mouth.
Sweets
Bunet: a Piedmontese classic executed to perfection.
Profiteroles: light and delicious, with a delicious cream.
Wine Recommendation To accompany the meal, we chose a Nebbiolo Langhe Pellizzari damned 2021. This wine proved to be an excellent choice. With its bright ruby color, it offered aromas of red fruits, violets and sweet spices. On the palate, the tannins were well present but balanced, making the wine pleasant and refined. It was the perfect complement to the rich and flavorful dishes.

Non sono piemontese perciò ero alla ricerca di cucina tipica locale nel corso di una mia breve sosta a Torino: ebbene chi mi ha consigliato lo “Scannabue” mi ha ben indirizzata.
I piatti proposti nel menu degustazione li ho trovati favolosi per sapore, ingredienti e (non guasta) presentazione.
Ottimo il servizio e il prezzo coerente.
Bello il locale e piacevole la piazzetta in cui si trova.
Lo consiglio volentieri.
La prenotazione è secondo me d’obbligo.

Restaurant absolument magnifique au niveau gustatif. On nous avait conseillé ce restaurant et la qualité a dépassé nos espérance. Nous avons pris le menu à 35 euros qui contient 3 plats typiquement piémontais et un dessert. Accompagné d'un bon verre de Barolo, nous nous sommes régalés. A conseiller absolument.
