Great selection of piemonte dishes. Every time we go there it is always a great experience. The ingredients are very fresh and the food is so delicious, as well as it is quite reasonable price. I recommend the tasting menu, it is quite enough portions with various selections. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well.

Bistro, bistro... bistro? I don't know! Scannabue is much more than a bistro... (sic.) it is a guarantee in drinking and eating, to exaggerate a gastronomic insurance. There is no person in Turin who has never eaten at this place at least once in their life, or who says they have done so, even unaware of where they are! In short, an institution of the Turin table that is on everyone's lips, residents and holidaymakers, but it is not a chiclet for others to 'chew on', so to speak! In Scannabue it's good, everything is set up like in an avant-garde theatre, the scene is so perfect and innovative that it's really pleasant to be a spectator. The place is a little tired, the service is very fast, given the 'size' of the seats! I had the pleasure of busting Mattia's balls as he told me in detail the mission and essence of this gastronomic should in Turin. At lunch the menu includes numerous tasting options, generally the 'food' is a triptych of dishes, to tell the truth I have gone too far towards gluttony-curiosity! Medium-high prices.

The food is truly amazing...combinations I've never tasted....it is a Michelin star experience but priced right...remarkable..just as wonderful on return visit..the taste is exciting to the palette..grazie

We ordered sharing menue We began with gnummareddi, a dish of rolled lamb offal. Cooked to perfection, deeply satisfying.then , the famiole mushrooms were a standout. perfect seasoning made them the ideal followup The codfish with quinoa was Ok and The oxtail croquettes were a bold, comforting bite crispy on the outside filled with meltingly tender. It was indulgent without being overwhelming, showcasing the kitchen’s understanding of balance. The highlight of the meal was the special risotto the salty of this meal reminded me some nostalgia taste from my hometown called “kashk” (some kinda cheese)which was unbelievably perfect Creamy, perfectly al dente, and layered with complex flavors, it demonstrated Scannabue’s ability to elevate traditional Italian dishes into something memorable(if i wanna regenerate this dish I will add some sweetness like Saffron).The final dish, beef Wellington, was outstanding. The pastry was golden and flaky, encasing perfectly cooked, tender beef and mushroom which to my mind in would be more better with containing more Crema di funghi. The service was impeccable and staff who effortlessly guided us through each course. They also explained in English too and turning point was low cost of Coperto with 2.5

Look, the ratings are good, the food is good, the location is good but it feels like you are in a Restaurant chain. It does not help if they get several parts of the order wrong. Nothing wrong per se but just not what I expected from a place featured on Michelin.

Bread products that are served with main dishes should be illegal and considered narcotics.

Very nice place, impeccable service, they served us in the right time, if not quickly enough, clean environment, with a very elegant and refined style. Reasonable prices and really excellent quality of food! Highly recommended!

Cercavamo un locale a mezzogiorno per un pranzo a base dei piatti tipici piemontesi, ebbene obiettivo centrato con risultato favoloso. Abbiamo optato per il menu della tradizione ( vitello tonnato, cappuccino di baccala, agnolotti del plin, guancia brasata e bonet) e tutti i piatti sono risultati veramente ottimi. Locale carino e personale molto cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto.

We liked this place a lot and in fact went twice in four days in Torino. Exquisite food at fair prices served by knowledge, pleasant staff in a lovely old setting.
