Highly recommended. Starter, main course, and dessert were all very good.
We spontaneously got a table for two on a Tuesday evening without a reservation. A glass of Prosecco with focaccia was served beforehand, followed by a limoncello to finish.

We ended up there by chance, attracted by the menu that presented interesting dishes. The place is small but very welcoming. On one wall a screen shows the activities in the kitchen. Off the menu dishes with a good summer truffle. The service is attentive and courteous. The owner was very kind and at the end of the meal he offered us a good grappa.
It is definitely worth at least one visit.

Food is very good, but the service is the slowest ever. In fact, i gave up desert, just to leave. Waited 15 minutes for the check. The dirty dishes remain on the table forever / until your next dish is ready. A meal of two small dishes (just me) took 105 min.

A lovely restaurant tucked away in the streets of old Barga. Really good range of dishes, particularly for meat eaters, but plenty of vegetarian options too. Excellent seasonal ingredients and the fillet steak with truffles was a delight. Actually, all of the dishes we ordered were with lovely service.
