Excellent food and quality ingredients. The location is a bit basic considering the price.

Gorgeous pasta, wine and dessert. A perfect end to our holiday in Palermo.

We went to this restaurant for a special occasion. The prices are high for Italy, but the food is delicious (we had the tuna carbonata as a starter and pasta with pistachio cream, clams, and shrimp). The setting is pleasant on a pedestrian street.

Almost flawless, but the 50s US music was too loud! Too bad

This was my first time dining at Sardina Pasta Bar. What can I say? The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the dishes were superb and unique. Chef Tony Lo Monaco is a master in the kitchen. My compliments to him and his entire staff. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

A romantic dinner for two at Sardina PastaBar Palermo turned into an unforgettable experience. The creamy potato soup with truffle, sea urchins, chopped shrimp, and amaretti crumble was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten: a surprising and refined balance of flavors. The pappardelle with clams, shiitake mushrooms, and white shrimp was excellent, while the fillet of amberjack and pork with pistachio powder and a honey-mustard sauce was simply exceptional, a true explosion of flavor. The cuisine truly deserves praise for its creativity and the quality of the ingredients, but equally important was the service: impeccable, elegant, and attentive. Special thanks go to Rita, one of the owners and the restaurant manager, who runs the restaurant with great professionalism and courtesy, and to Michael, who stood out for his kindness, elegance, and attention to every detail, making the evening even more special. A restaurant that combines high-end cuisine and excellent service: the perfect place for a romantic dinner to remember.

Tutto molto buono, pesce crudo freschissimo, fritto da Dio e pasta con ricci spettacolare. 10 e lode... Il conto? Se mangi bene devi pagare, però ne vale la pena..
