Good quality traditional Sicilian cuisine and alternatively excellent pizzas with digestible and tasty dough. Courteous and punctual service, internal space was sacrificed a little.

Characteristic with the writings on the walls that evoke proverbs, you immediately understand that the gastronomy is local with reinterpretations by the chef. I enjoyed hot appetizers, panelle, battered broccoli etc, and as a first course a dish of the day not on the menu, pasta all'anciova with red mullet and wild fennel. The staff are helpful and polite.

a few days ago I celebrated my birthday in this place and, coming with Venetian friends, I was looking for a characteristic place to enjoy the typical Palermo cuisine. it was a wonderful experience we ate really well, the caponata and the Sicilian appetizers were the top, in a place that gave me the feeling of being at home, the quality/price ratio in my opinion is excellent, but praise is The guys who served in the room deserve credit, with whom we immediately got on well, they told us the story of some dishes, they translated the Sicilian poems written on the walls to my friends, we interacted a lot but always with courtesy without ever appearing intrusive. in short, I thought we would leave this restaurant with a full stomach but the staff also filled our hearts, congratulations!

Unfortunately, my experience at this place fell short of expectations. The environment, although mediocre in terms of atmosphere and attention to detail, is accompanied by starred restaurant prices, which are not justified either by the quality of the dishes or the service offered. The gastronomic offer, although acceptable, does not present anything innovative or particularly memorable. Given this, I find the high costs unjustifiable, which do not reflect the overall value of the experience in the slightest. A place that could improve a lot both in the quality of the offer and in the management of customer expectations. For now, unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
