We went to this little place near Piazza Politeama with friends. It was a pleasant surprise. The pizza was excellent, and the appetizer was delicious. The waiters were friendly and professional. I recommend it, especially since it's away from the chaos of the city center. I'll be back.

Searching for a restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, we stumbled upon this intriguing establishment. The name reminds us of the humble cuisine, but it's excellently prepared. The menu isn't extensive, but everything on offer is top-notch. Last night, I had pasta with sardines, which I dare say was perfect. I then finished with the classic cassata, perhaps the best I've had so far. I couldn't think of a better one. The wine list is good, with several local labels. Service is informal but attentive, and the bill is more than fair. In the end, you leave happy.

Typical dishes from Palermo's tradition, including excellent fried foods (panelle, cazzilli, battered vegetables), delicious busiate alla norma, and baked caciocavallo. Fast and precise service, very friendly. A must try.

Above-average restaurant. Located five minutes from Piazza Politeama, it's full of surprises. It's a place that welcomes people until late at night and is very popular with locals. The staff is organized and friendly. The menu is appealing and well-stocked. In addition to the à la carte menu, they also offer a daily special. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared. The restaurant has an outdoor area and several small, open-plan rooms inside. The decor is captivating. The staff is attentive to customer needs and the food is good. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: Tonight we went to this restaurant recommended by the owner of our B&B and drawn in by the excellent reviews. I must say, our expectations were not disappointed. The fish dishes were truly delicious, incredibly fresh, and served with great attention to detail. The staff was extremely friendly. In particular, the chef was very accommodating with our allergies. The price was fair.
20/11/2025: A very good restaurant specializing in fish and seafood dishes. Excellent food at reasonable prices, very friendly service. I had the twice-cooked squid as a starter and the swordfish rolls as a main course. Both are highly recommended.
