Very delicious seafood dishes, the place seems to be very authentic, we also saw locals eating here. The waiters were friendly.

They say it's hard to find an authentic restaurant serving delicious local food in Taormina. Saporo Di Mare is certainly that. Delicious food, locals, a no-frills atmosphere, and affordable prices. What more could you ask for?

Not only did my husband and I return to this delightful restaurant, we went four times during our eight days in Taoromina. On our first night there, we sat beside a couple who said they had been there three times during their stay. The entire staff welcomed us back warmly we saw other familiar faces. Our meals were tasty and always satisfying. Anna was not only knowledgeable about Sicilian foods and wines, she came to know what our tastes were and happily made suggestions which introduced us to local new delights. We highly recommend dropping in.

Ristorante Sapori Di Mare - Wow! What a place. What service. What food. This is the place to go! Family-owned restaurant with top service! So nice, so cozy, so talented. There were nine of us and we got a long table, and everyone was very satisfied. Bruschetta was super good. Four breads with good toppings. Impepata di cozze very tasty and a large portion. Spaghetti aglio e olio was perfect. Gamberoni alla griglia, perv grilled large shrimps on a bed of salad. I also got to try their own pickled chili in vinegar. Incredibly delicious!! Simple but away from the tourist trap, before entering the historic center, the pizza and pasta are very good.

Delicious food, wonderful service – flavor, smiles, and heart on a plate. A place where time slows down and moments taste special.

For our starter, we ordered mussels, which were really interestingly prepared with fresh herbs and a subtle rosemary scent, which I really like. Upon arrival, we told the waiter that we wanted mussels for our starter and a pizza to share for the main course. Nevertheless, he brought us the pizza first. I would have liked to give the meal another star, but due to the waiter's mistake, the pizza arrived lukewarm. It looked really good, but you can imagine what a lukewarm seafood pizza tastes like. Our waiter was unfortunately distracted throughout the entire visit. Fortunately, his colleague saved the day. After I complained, he canceled the pizza, even though I insisted on paying for it. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for his professional and friendly service.

Very nice place with very tasty food.

A wonderful, warm-hearted place. A family-run business of the finest kind. We had excellent fish, and the wine was very good. All in all, a lovely last day in the area. 😍
