Sapori Del Salento In Cinisello balsamo

I went to this restaurant on June 11 for dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable, but the service is almost nonexistent. I waited 10 minutes to place my order, then got up and went to the cashier to order. The quality of the braided veal is very high, but the side dishes served with them didn't match the quality of the mozzarella. The orecchiette with turnip tops, anchovies, and chili pepper didn't have much flavor, and the pasta was overcooked.

I only had a coffee, but the place seemed very welcoming. The data refers to a Saturday morning.

A very welcoming Salento restaurant, excellent cuisine using all fresh ingredients, and very friendly staff. We'll be back.

After shopping in the area, we sat outside for an aperitif and were immediately greeted by the very kind and smiling owner. We had two spritzes, a delicious and light potato toast (unlike the usual bread toast), as well as an excellent puccia, very rich and made with the freshest ingredients, and to finish, a cream-filled pasticciotto, which was nothing short of delicious. Believe me, for us it was a wonderful discovery on all fronts: the atmosphere, the food, and the courtesy of the staff, the girl and the boy were very sweet and affable.
