I truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is gorgeous, clean and the service from everyone is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Rome.

Excellent customer service and the location is a perfect spot for a tourist.I am happy I stayed at this hotel in celebrating my birthday. I was able to walked the hip strip with easy and comfort and I find all the brand name stores I was looking for. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family to stay.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

The service is top-notch. Try the bar ...even for a quiet place to read and grab lunch or a beverage. The location is very quiet and restaurants in walking.diatance. a cab stand is one block away if you want to go into central rome. I picked this hotel due to proximity to the Borghese park and quiet neighborhood. It did not disappoint.

Beautiful hotel. Room very nice Although they think it’s spectacular and made us feel we should be grateful. Poor location for visiting Rome. Nothing convenient. If you’re looking to be away from everyone this is the place. Staff only catered to the rich or locals not tourists.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and paid attention to details. Greeted is and created a personal touch. Recommended places companies and things to do that were satisfying. This is our first visit to this hotel but our 4th visit to Rome. We will refer them to other friends and family!

Small luxury hotel, in upmarket residential area. Kind attentive staff. The customer is treated very well. The hotel provides a great breakfast buffet and menu each morning. The cocktail lounge in the basement is swish decadent and a nice area to relax after a day of touring. If you book a third bed for a jr suite ensure the mattress is deep and comfortable as it’s a sofa bed. In fairness the hotel promptly provided a comfortable deep mattress for the sofa to accommodate our group of three friends. Really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

This hotel was a dream! The whole building architecture, decor, the location and their staff (specially Shary and Ivan) made our short stay in Rome memorable! The hotel is in the north side of the Villa Borghese lovely area ( where I had never stayed before ) an approximate 20 minute drive from the center of Rome. Because of the busy summer we couldn’t find many options in the city, luckily thru our Hilton Honors we located Lord Byron and we’re able to secure our stay. I must say that this truly felt like a splurge! They treated us like royalty with the upmost kindness, respect and courtesy. Upon arrival, Shary welcomed us at one of their comfy seating areas and offered us water. While the room was getting ready she gave us a courtesy card for aperitivos at their lounge and offered to keep our luggage. We ended up visiting the lounge with was absolutely inviting with great taste in decor. Fabrizio served us a trio of nuts, espresso and drinks. When we made it to our room, and to our surprise, we were welcomed by a lovely note from the hotel manager and chocolates. Everything was comfortable, clean and peaceful. We got a recommendation to grab lunch at the Cafe de belle artes, which was phenomenal and just 8 min walk. And Shary also coordinated all our taxis to our excursions, restaurants and airport. At Lord Byron breakfast was included. Unfortunately I couldn’t come down because I’m a late riser, but my husband brought me breakfast and said the room looked straight out of a palace! Needless to say we didn’t want to leave! We had the best stay at Lord Byron and hope to stay with them every time we visit Rome ❤️

Everything about this hotel was lovely, the rooms were great, the location was perfect (not far from town and a nice and quiet neighborhood) and the food really good. But what made it all worth it and an even better experience was the staff. Everyone, was so nice, helpful and welcoming. Especially Ivan and Letitia at the front desk who gave us the best tips and locations in Rome. I can’t remember the rest of the staff’s name but they were all incredible. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.
