I celebrated my dad's 50th birthday here. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic. They offer different dishes every day, including regional specialties.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in Pescara. The food is truly exquisite and high-quality, and the prices are excellent. Each dish is meticulously prepared, and you can tell from the presentation. Once you've eaten, there's no doubt about it. Not to mention the fantastic desserts, freshly prepared. I also really appreciate the diverse menu choices, as well as the option of several set menus. The atmosphere is very charming and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

The place is easy to get to. I ate simple dishes, all well-prepared and served with kindness and courtesy. I think that if you prepare simple dishes with care, you're just as likely to achieve excellent results with more sophisticated choices. The moka pot coffee was a welcome treat, and the ciambellone cake was a lovely accompaniment. Excellent value for money, definitely worth trying again. Carlo De Santis

Excellent restaurant in the center of Pescara with a COOK (not with "someone who cooks"). And I've said it all for the cuisine. Friendliness and helpfulness of those who serve. Absolute versatility in the menus, and needs such as a lunch break. Very honest quality-price ratio.

Simple, basic but concrete place, as requested today. A mix between fast food and slow food where you can dine quickly but at the same time maintain the Mediterranean quality of food. Very suitable for young people both single and in company also for the low costs. Parking on site is problematic but in the nearby riverside there are plenty of possibilities.

During my holiday in Pescara I discovered this restaurant where it was a real pleasure to have lunch or dinner. Erika was very sweet and helped us a lot in presenting the menu and her recommendations were excellent. I discovered some special flavors that I had never tried before. 18/08/2025: I've been there twice, the first time in the summer and the second time in the winter. The food is good, both the meat and the pizza, and the staff is kind and polite.
17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant during our vacation and it was a truly excellent experience. The location is beautiful and spacious, both indoors and outdoors, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared: the handmade arrosticini are simply the best we've ever eaten! The appetizers are also highly recommended, with an excellent selection of local cured meats (duck speck, wild boar salami, sheep's milk salami, etc.) and traditional sheep's and goat's milk cheeses. The desserts were also excellent, a fitting end to the evening. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes and conveying their love for the region and its products. A restaurant that absolutely deserves it: we'll definitely be back!

Livio e Il Mare

13/06/2025: I wanted to treat myself to a fish dinner for my birthday and since my daughter is celiac I did some research on the Internet... Given the many positive reviews, I booked at "Livio e il mare", a restaurant that, despite living in Pescara, I didn't know yet. A suggestive atmosphere, cuisine that reinterprets tradition, extreme attention to intolerances, raw seafood that struck me for the goodness and originality of the combinations... but above all the friendliness of chef Livio and his wife, who made us feel like special guests! Honorable mention for the oyster tasting... I can't explain why it's not one of the most renowned restaurants in the area! A birthday to remember 🥂
