I pass this restaurant quite often. Yesterday, July 10, 2025, I stopped in to try the €10 fixed menu. It was a great experience! First course, second course with side dish, water, and coffee. I'll definitely be back.

An unassuming but excellent restaurant. I first went there for lunch with work colleagues for an unbelievable €10(!). After that, it became a standard, primarily because of the quality offered for that price. The service was a bit strange at first, but I got used to it over time. I'm looking forward to my next stay in Varese, and to visiting Sapore di mare again!

A very inexpensive restaurant right off the main street. Several tables inside and outside. The locals were eating fritto misto and mussels. I realized it too late, but the pizza was also very good. It's authentic Italian, and I like that.

After two years, I can confirm that I've returned to eat paella. The portions are generous, the rice and fish are very fresh. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is clean.

06/09/2025: This evening we ordered pizzas for dinner, with home delivery. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they kept the agreed-upon delivery times. The pizzas were good; my gluten-free and lactose-free Margherita was really good.
