Spectacular food that is well worth its Michelin star and more. The cold pasta with tomato and shrimp was a particular standouts. The tasting menu was sumptuous with a wild variety of dishes, ways of preparations.
The chef is not afraid of strong tastes, like the fermented cabbage - but without overdoing it. The pigeon was also perfectly prepared. There was too much too remember and enjoy to I can only highly recommend going there!

A wonderful evening at the establishment, enjoying the surprise menu. Thank you for the little attention to detail that contributed enormously to the success of the meal. The cuisine is highly skilled, original, and knows how to showcase the finest ingredients in every dish. The food pairing was also interesting and very well selected.
It's exactly what we came for before our return to France. I hope to see you soon.

A wonderful gastronomic experience in Catania! We booked during a girlfriends' vacation and decided to try it out. It was a superb experience.
The price easily justified the quality of the food and service; we discovered and rediscovered fish and flavors.
The only downside for us was that it was a little warm in the dining room.

Pleasant service, quiet place. I enjoyed the dinner experience, but they serve so much food, be ready. I was 100% full on the 5th dish out of 7. They also have a terrace with a lovely olive tree and charming wine room.

Esperienza sublime a dir poco.
Dagli accostamenti per nulla scontati, alla presentazione, sempre elegante e in grado di rendere l'esperienza ancora più fine.
Il menù degustazione è molto abbondante come portate, mentre poco spazio è dato al menù alla carta.
Manca poco alla perfezione, ma direi che ci siamo!

Es war einfach das beste Gourmet Erlebnis, das meine Frau und ich hatten. Vom Ambiente über das Anrichten der Gänge bis zur Freundlichkeit und fachlichen Expertise der Angestellten, einfach ein Traum.
Meine Frau und ich hatten einen separaten Raum (im Weinkellerbereich) gebucht, ein Erlebnis. Die Gänge wurden perfekt präsentiert auch Nachfragen wurden professionell beantwortet und ein bisschen Spaß und Lachen war ebenfalls dabei. Ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich, dass wir meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert haben. Weiter so!
