Defining Chef Alessandro Ingiulla as good is perhaps reductive. He experiments, dares, innovates without betraying tradition and excellent raw materials, focusing strongly on the territory and beyond. The Michelin star is more than deserved and I hope for a second star in the near future because the peculiarities relating to it are all there. Paolino and Mirko in the dining room are empathetic professional figures of prominence even if very young and they will go a long way. In Catania we have the privilege of being able to experience innovation and quality combined with the talent of an extraordinary Chef who are a source of pride for the catering inherent in our city. Yesterday for our wedding anniversary my wife and I had a unique sensory experience.

Wonderful service, the best I’ve ever had. The staff was certainly very attentive. The food was delicious. We spent a total of 3 hours for the tasting menu. If you’re in Catania, it’s a must try

From the outside it seems anonymous and less visible than I would have expected. Inside, however, I really enjoyed it. Excellent service, friendly and without any flaws, perfect. The menu is not very extensive, at lunch it was only possible to choose between two tasting menus and a third "blind" at the discretion of the chef (I did not understand the meaning of this option). I found the flavors good but not excellent, for my palate there was always too little salt. However, I am commenting on dishes made with extreme care and "concept" but which did not give me the wow effect. The price is in line with the service and the complexity of the cuisine but the lack of the excellence that I expected will probably not make me return

Es war einfach das beste Gourmet Erlebnis, das meine Frau und ich hatten. Vom Ambiente über das Anrichten der Gänge bis zur Freundlichkeit und fachlichen Expertise der Angestellten, einfach ein Traum. Meine Frau und ich hatten einen separaten Raum (im Weinkellerbereich) gebucht, ein Erlebnis. Die Gänge wurden perfekt präsentiert auch Nachfragen wurden professionell beantwortet und ein bisschen Spaß und Lachen war ebenfalls dabei. Ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich, dass wir meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert haben. Weiter so!
