Overall a great experience in this starred restaurant, we chose the Sciaredda tasting menu, as often happens in such a long menu, finding a common thread is never easy, usually we remember the first and last courses, in fact that was the case! . We also declared our "notes" in person so as not to just be keyboard lions. The wine list perhaps a little unbalanced on the territory and certainly "unbalanced" on prices, unfortunately, for those like us, wine is 50% of the experience it will be a reason not to return.

An excellent star restaurant with a generous and locally-focused cuisine - there is a suitable story for almost every dish, and the service presents the dishes with pride. The most important thing for me is the creative, versatile patisserie. The restaurant also has a unique interior. The service is very welcoming and attentive.

Wonderful culinary highlights alternate with every course - whether in the tasting menu or the vegetarian version. The fine flavors merge together palate to an epicurean symphony. Very attentive service, stylish, nice but rather reduced atmosphere. An address that we remember and are happy to recommend.

A unique sensory experience. The dining room staff was impeccable. The chef guides you through his Sicily and will exalt your senses with the transformation of his products. I look forward to his panettone with candied fruit

We took a tasting menu so absolutely fantastic and all with Sicilian ingredients. Surprising flavors. Delicious and a combination with the wine recommended by the Sommelier. A service that was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Calm and pleasant environment tastefully decorated. Will definitely come back.

I wavered between 5 and 4 stars for a long time. But with a Michelin restaurant and the prices quoted there, it actually has to be perfect for 5 stars. The food was impeccable, but unfortunately there are “deductions” in the service. On the one hand, there was a waitress who was not friendly the entire evening, but rather polite at best. On the other hand, the breaks between courses were too different for me. In the first hour things went quickly, but there were sometimes long waiting times before things could continue. So: great food, service with room for improvement.

When creativity meets the taste of Catania. Amazing modern restaurant with attention to details. Very polite staff and delicious food. We had the 7 course tasting menu. Impressive presentations, intriguing combination of ingredients. The food was overwhelmingly plentiful and we weren't able to try all the desserts. Thank you for the experience. I highly recommend Sapio.

Percorso gourmet davvero interessante dove è stato possibile assaporare piatti tipici della tradizione siciliana rivisitati dallo chef Alessandro in chiave gourmet con un tocco di autenticità e esaltazione dei sapori. Lo consiglio vivamente

31/08/2024: We went yesterday for dinner because of the good references we read, without a doubt, it is an incredible place! The food (all gluten-free that we ordered) was incredible, fresh pasta and great ingredients. The treatment was especially good. I can only recommend it!!
30/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant, open kitchen, excellent raw materials, divinely crafted. The photos speak for themselves. Today we went to this restaurant for the second time (because we live in the Marche) otherwise we would be regular customers!!! Highly recommended!!!

20/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant during the holidays. The place is elegant, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Etna, the staff is competent and helpful but above all the food is excellent and the price is reasonable. Super recommended.
16/08/2024: It was an interesting experience. Started at the pool bar, it was very nice and the staff was excellent. We were there on a sunday. Apparently they don't have many guests on sundays, because there was no one else eating dinner but me and my husband. So we asked to sit outside to eat and it was wonderful, with stunning views. The receptionist had to be our server and she was very nice and service minded. The pasta was great. The only downsides were that the AC made a lot of noise, and the breakfast was almost nothing (not worth the 9 euros per person). But maybe the breakfast is better when there are more than three rooms booked. All in all: it was a little bit wierd when there were almost no other guests, but the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!
