Beautiful place with lovely Ambiente. The staff is very nice and the food (obviously) very good! Personal recommendation: come starved, as the menus are HUGE! 😅

We have just been there last Saturday. We came in to enquire but there was availability so we sat and have one of the most exceptional culinary experience. Thanks to the team who really know what the word hospitality means. The quality of the food and it's standard were out of this world. So greatful that you let us in even we were not really dressed for the occasion as we were travelling light.

We dined at Sapio and I must say the experience was overall positive, but with a few reservations. The restaurant is meticulously designed, with an elegant yet not overly formal atmosphere and truly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dishes are beautifully presented, and you can sense the thoughtfulness behind every flavor combination, with black cherries dominating many dishes. However, if, like me, you don't eat meat or fish, the selection is rather limited: the vegetarian options are few and not always up to par with the rest of the menu. It's a shame, because the quality is there and it shows; just expanding the offerings a bit would make it truly perfect for everyone.

Sapio is a must-visit for those seeking an authentic fine dining experience with meticulous attention to detail. The minimalist and refined setting exudes a sense of calm and elegance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is impeccable: kind, attentive, and always discreet, never intrusive. We chose the seafood tasting menu: a true journey of flavors, harmonious and surprising from start to finish. Each course was a small masterpiece, enhanced by a rich and well-selected wine list. The price is slightly above average for a Michelin star, but absolutely justified by the quality of the experience and the caliber of the cuisine. Sapio maintains a rare balance between elegance, creativity, and hospitality. Definitely worth a try.

Going to Sapio is an experience in itself, and chef Alessandro Ingiulla, with his elaborate and sometimes seemingly simple creations, turns dishes into true delights. So if you want a different experience, book a table at Sapio.
