A very refined take on sicilian kitchen with a strong focus on products and taste. We enjoyed a wonderful evening, with very good service (fluent in english) and great dishes. The food is excellent, the wine selection decent (and partly pricy - study the list in advance). I would definetely visit again.

An elegant place, located in the center of Catania. The service is unique, because you feel pampered and transported on this gastronomic and sensorial journey. The food is processed, thought out and makes you travel with a whirlwind of unique and well-balanced flavours. It's a five star place.

Amazing dining experience well worth the Michelin rating. The dishes were excellent and the staff very competent and friendly. Also a very nice surprise at the end of the course menu 😉

Having tried a starred restaurant for the first time, I can say that I actually understand what receiving the Michelin star entails. A lot of sacrifice, a lot of research and a lot of attention to detail.

Percorso gourmet davvero interessante dove è stato possibile assaporare piatti tipici della tradizione siciliana rivisitati dallo chef Alessandro in chiave gourmet con un tocco di autenticità e esaltazione dei sapori. Lo consiglio vivamente

This establishment provides a fine dining experience that takes you on a journey. There is so much thought and detail put into the ambience and the cuisine. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and you simply must chat with the sommelier. The chefs creations are truly deserving of the Michelin Star 🌟.

Fantastique soirée Accueil au top et même en français Service impeccable et au petit soin (Très bien conseiller pour le vin ) Le chef viens lui Même expliquer ses plats Tout était parfait ! Un Repas extraordinaire Des Mise en bouches jusqu’au dessert inoubliable… un sans faute Bravo à toute l équipe et un grand merci pour cette superbe soirée inoubliable

We had a wonderful time at Sapio. The setting is magnificent, we had a great time and the chef agreed to adapt the menu to our dietary restrictions, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this restaurant to discover Sicilian gastronomy. Thanks again!

31/08/2024: We went yesterday for dinner because of the good references we read, without a doubt, it is an incredible place! The food (all gluten-free that we ordered) was incredible, fresh pasta and great ingredients. The treatment was especially good. I can only recommend it!!
30/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant, open kitchen, excellent raw materials, divinely crafted. The photos speak for themselves. Today we went to this restaurant for the second time (because we live in the Marche) otherwise we would be regular customers!!! Highly recommended!!!
