S'Antiga - Percorsi di Sapori In Tortolì

I was fortunate enough to celebrate my thirtieth birthday at this beautiful venue in the center of Tortoli. A buffet for 50 people, everything excellent and with endless portions. The staff were friendly and attentive, highly recommended for events like this!

I went to the S'Antiga Percorsi di Sapori restaurant in Tortolì with my partner about a week ago. What can I say, we truly enjoyed our dinner! The waitresses' welcome was truly commendable; their kindness and proactive spirit, along with a generous dose of smiles, made all the difference. Kudos to you for that—the right people in the right place. The restaurant's menu is extensive, with dishes whose ingredients reflect a meticulously crafted culinary experience. As for the food, well, I have to say the appetizer we chose was truly mouth-watering: mushroom bruschetta (porcini mushrooms, I think) covered in shavings of melted cheese, served on a light bed of vegetables. The flavors were breathtaking... sublime! For main courses, we ordered a sliced ​​beef steak with a Cannonau wine reduction and a black sesame tuna tataki. Both dishes were of great quality, served just the right degree of cooking, and again, with intense, authentic, and beautifully blended flavors. We paired these delicacies with a lovely bottle of "Frantzisca" red, recommended by the sommelier. I must say it was perfect, worthy of the food. The restaurant is located in the center of Tortolì, in the pedestrian area, with nearby parking, making it easy to reach. It has two dining rooms, including an outdoor one for al fresco dining in warm weather. An excellent experience, and congratulations once again to the manager for this Sardinian gem. The price was more than fair; elsewhere, you'd pay much more for a meal like this. Salvatore and Jessica.

Fall 2025 holidays, we ate wonderfully...the culurgioni in sheep broth (sheep is in the filling) and the tortelli with sheep's ricotta, butter, and sage were spectacular...everything was mouth-watering. The atmosphere was very refined, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and very professional. Thank you...I highly recommend the experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it's impossible to give more, but it's well-deserved. The atmosphere is elegant yet rustic (the internal courtyard on summer evenings is truly stunning, creating a romantic and relaxed atmosphere), and the lighting and music are perfectly chosen: everything is calm, rich, and at the right volume. Except the food, which is a true explosion of flavor: a wide variety of choices, quality ingredients—even the garnish (myrtle leaves on the meat, as if freshly picked)! We loved EVERYTHING. Not to be underestimated, the staff, who work harmoniously, are extremely helpful and kind—in my opinion, the girls perfectly embody the reserved, generous, and hospitable spirit of the Sardinians. Eating at S'Antiga means immediately recreating the shape of the original ingredient in the dish! The artichoke tortelloni and cod with spring onions are unforgettable. Exceptional cuisine.

Beautiful atmosphere. The ingredients are treated with respect and care. The tuna tartare is a rollercoaster of flavors: ABSURD (I'll remember the berry sauce for a long time). The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The wait staff is extremely kind, always smiling and friendly.

I'm finally able to write a review....it's been a little while, but the wonderful evening I spent with you is still indelible...everything was perfect...I had no doubts, the dishes were rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and explained equally well by the guys who served us...they reawakened flavors in me that remind me of my childhood...the true taste of the sea! 🤗 Thanks again to everyone...and a warm hug to the legendary Teresa....keep it up...I'll have to wait a year...but we'll be happy to sit at your table again🥰
