10 out of 10, they have everything and I feel like I'm right at home! Heaven for us celiacs. I swear the pastries don't look gluten-free at all and are super soft.

A charming little location, not far from the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls and Viale Guglielmo Marconi. A bar, pastry shop, and gluten-free and lactose-free food outlet, prices are comparable to those of other similar pastry shops I've visited both in Rome and elsewhere. The establishment has tables (always occupied) both inside and outside. Our last visit was on the Saturday before Easter 2026 to pick up some food we'd ordered by phone days in advance. SERVICE ORGANIZATION: We arrived at 9:00 and immediately noticed a large number of people waiting in line. We joined them. There were four staff inside, serving all the customers; one staff member was often busy answering the phone, including taking phone orders. This caused service delays and consequent inconvenience to customers waiting. Our turn arrives and the only male employee (the manager?) calls us, but he immediately leaves because he's been called to the cash register for two customers. Meanwhile, two customers pass in front of us, having been served by two employees who had freed up space in the meantime. After completing the checkout, the employee comes back to us WITHOUT APOLOGIZING FOR THE HAPPENING. HUMM!!! MY CONCLUSIONS: The organization definitely needs to be reworked, with greater care and attention to customers. PRODUCT QUALITY: In addition to the Colomba and Pastiera, we purchased bread, pizzas, and rustici. The savory products were truly excellent, well-seasoned and perfectly cooked, simply delicious. As for the Pastiera, it was very good and tasty, but, unfortunately, it was a little raw in the center. The Colomba was a little undercooked inside, but overall it was okay. They accept credit/debit cards. If the service doesn't change around the holidays, I strongly recommend booking by phone before collection, but above all, be very patient.

Easter morning, 2026, to pick up my phone order for gluten-free food. There was quite a crowd, amidst the chaos of serving those seated at tables inside and outside; selling/delivering desserts, savory items, bread, and pizza slices; and taking phone orders (fortunately, these were halted after a while due to disruptions in the dining room). There were four employees in the restaurant, who, in my humble opinion, were overworked for the number of customers and their needs. When our turn came and we were waiting to be served by the only male employee (the manager?), two people moved ahead of us and were served by other employees because ours went back to the register to pay, without apologizing to us; huh. Regardless of the organizational aspect (which, in my opinion, needs revising), the pizzas and other baked goods we ate were delicious. The Colomba was well-filled and tasty, but a bit dry/dry when cooked. The pastiera was also well-filled and tasty, but, on the downside, it was a bit undercooked. They accept credit/debit cards.

I'm leaving an average review because the brownies were decent, a bit expensive for the portion, the cake pop was good but the cream and cream puffs were truly terrible in consistency and flavor.
