Sans de ble In Roma

Easter morning, 2026, to pick up a phone order. There was quite a crowd, amidst the chaos of serving those seated at tables inside and outside; selling/delivering sweets, savory items, bread, and pizza slices; and taking phone orders (luckily, they were stopped after a while). There were four employees in the restaurant, who, in my humble opinion, were overworked for the number of customers present and their needs. When it was our turn and we were waiting to be served by the only male employee (the manager?), two people were served by two employees, who moved ahead of us because ours had to return to the register to pay. Anyway, organizational issues aside (which, in my opinion, needs revising), the pizzas and other baked goods we ate were delicious. The Colomba was well-filled and tasty, but a bit dry/dry when cooked. The pastiera was also well filled and tasty, but, on the other hand, it was a little undercooked.

I'm leaving an average review because the brownies were decent, a bit expensive for the portion, the cake pop was good but the cream and cream puffs were truly terrible in consistency and flavor.

I've been going there for breakfast for a while now, one of my favorite places, everything delicious, gluten-free and lactose-free.

If you're celiac, this place is the best! Everything is delicious!

Very good gluten-free desserts. I don't go there often because of the distance from home. But when I can, I'm happy to go back for my daughter.

Exceptional gluten-free pastry shop. I had breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed the apple and cinnamon strudel, along with another truly delicious cream cake. A perfect place to start the day with flavor and safety. Thanks for the quality!

A celiac's paradise! Truly excellent quality, both sweet and savory. And even my boyfriend (who eats gluten) said that many of the items are so good you wouldn't even notice they're gluten-free. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
