⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing desserts… and also savory gluten and lactose free! This pastry shop is a real gem for those who have intolerances, but don't want to give up on taste. Everything is gluten and lactose free, yet everything is surprisingly good – not just the desserts, but also the savory options! I've already ordered two birthday cakes from them, and both were a success: beautiful to look at, but above all soft, delicious and well made, so much so that even those who don't have intolerances have had seconds. Every time I pass by, I also find an excellent selection of savory snacks, focaccias, pizzas and treats perfect for a quick lunch or an alternative aperitif. Everything is well-made, tasty and digestible. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and there is a welcoming and professional atmosphere. A place that shows that eating well, in a safe and conscious way, is absolutely possible – without having to give up anything.

Da esperta non posso che fare i complimenti. Frolla e sfoglia profumate, delicatissime, friabili, non troppo dolci e senza alcun retrogusto fastidioso di fibre o addensanti. Nessuna differenza al palato con i migliori dolci glutinosi. Prezzi anche questi "normali". Buona la caffetteria e il personale estremamente cordiale e cortese. Per un turista direi che è una tappa obbligatoria. Continuate così

The food is AMAZING! We had a slice of pizza, a bigné, and an apple tart, and it was all utterly delicious 💞. I have celiac, and I loved the food; and my friend without celiac also loved the food. This is a bakery for the whole family! They have a wide selection of freshly prepared pastries, pizzas, and sandwiches, and you can get the food to go or can enjoy it at their inside or outside seating. We also enjoyed our visit because of their wonderful customer service -- he was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Sans De Blé!!!

Small but superb pastry shop in the San Paolo neighborhood in Rome. During an always welcome and splendid visit to Rome we were based a hundred meters from this pastry shop that we visited for breakfast on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 May. The pastry shop specializes in gluten-free desserts, but since we have no intolerance we appreciated their production as goodness and taste are excellent. Among the various sweet pieces we tasted a superb chiffon cake, and then delicious croissants, filled puff pastry, bomboloni. Excellent cappuccinos too. Family and friendly service, as a place that serves a neighborhood should be. Highly recommended

Ho ordinato una torta di compleanno dopo aver letto recensioni e visto foto. Un po’ alla cieca, poiché abito distante, ma avevo necessità di una pasticceria gluten free per consegnare la torta in un ristorante. Sono rimasta ampiamente soddisfatta. La torta era bella come in foto e, soprattutto, davvero buona. Non troppo dolce, con una bella acidità data dai frutti di bosco, fresca e leggera. Davvero bravi.
