The place has been newly renovated while maintaining its mountain-style details. It's spacious and always very clean (especially the bathrooms!). The kindness and sweetness of Sara, the owner, are beyond compare!

08/02/2026: Truly evocative place, impeccable service and excellent food.
07/02/2026: A very elegant restaurant on the beautiful island of San Giulio. Near the small boat harbor and the Abbey. The staff is friendly and welcomes you into a refined setting with a direct view of the lake. The food is excellent, with a good selection of traditional Piedmontese dishes. We tried the vitello tonnato, tajarin, and agnolotti. Everything was excellent, accompanied by an excellent Piedmontese wine. A well-deserved 5 stars for everything, a wonderful experience in a magical place like Lake Orta.
