We dined at this restaurant one evening in May. The food is good, the ingredients are high-quality, and the portions are very generous. The restaurant serves the local specialty: fish couscous, which is very good. The pasta alla norma is also delicious. The service is attentive, but the dining room is a little noisy.

A very nice and particular place where we had a wonderful dinner with friends. Spectacular tuna tartare and carpaccio. Delicious caponata served in a phyllo pastry basket. Excellent fish busiate and fabulous swordfish rolls. Good wine and kindness and courtesy of the chef and his staff.

Couscous di pesce & Caponata out of this world! Super delicious food and extremely friendly staff (child friendly also, the waiter immediately brought us a high chair for our 2 year old). Definitely worth a 2nd visit! Grazie mille!!!

A well-kept, very clean, elegant restaurant. It also offers an outdoor space. The food is divine, the dishes are beautiful. We ate 3 side dishes, a seafood starter, 2 second courses, one land and one sea, a good glass of wine and 2 coffees. The price of 84 euros was adequate for the quality of the food. The attentive and impeccable service, the waiter who served us was absolutely kind, thoughtful and professional, as well as being friendly. He gave us some tips for our tour of the western part of Sicily. Excellent, I recommend!!

26/04/2025: Locale essenziale e parecchio frequentato dalle persone del luogo. La location è veramente semplice, e le pizze vengono servite direttamente nel cartone: però la sig.ra che si occupa dei clienti è gentilissima e molto attenta, e le pizze, nonostante l'impasto un po' più croccante (mi ricordava più la pasta del pane) buone e facilmente digeribili. I prezzi più che onesti.
09/04/2025: This was our perfect dinner on the way home from Templi Segasta. Inexpensive, freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The owners were very accommodating and attentive to the utmost well-being of their guests. We also received tips for the best sights in the area from interested other guests. Really a great authentic atmosphere.

24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
16/05/2025: Very well-kept place, beautiful hospitality, very kind staff, very refined and delicate dishes thanks to the skill of the chef Angelo, We hope to return to Marsala to have the pleasure of tasting other specialties.
