This pizzeria-osteria in the mountains offers stunning views and convenient parking, making the location ideal.
The food is delicious, but the service is very slow, even with only a few guests. I had to remind the staff three times about my dish, and they kept forgetting.
In the end, they brought it, and it was amazing, but the wait was frustrating. The view and the food are worth it if you have patience.

Very beautiful location overlooking the city of Verona.
I ate a ribeye steak and I must say that I expected better quality. The others, however, judged the pizza and the first courses to be good.
I will be back to try the pizza

We've been twice to eat the pizza which is good, which is not a given in the tourist city of Verona. The location is wonderful, positioned in upper Verona offering a spectacular view of the city. In good weather you can eat outside on a large terrace overlooking the view.
Definitely recommended.

Excellent food but you have to wait at least half an hour. The service leaves something to be desired because they forgot the beers and water we ordered and we had to ask for it again. The atmosphere was a bit cold

I do not claim to be a connoisseur but the quality, authenticity and flavour profiles of the dishes at San Mattia just have to be experienced. Sure it is a little out of the city centre but the views more than make up for it. If you are a visitor to Verona I would recommend that you make sure to include this experience in your visit

Semplicemente buonissimo e bellissimo, scoperto per caso!
La qualità degli ingredienti si vede... dagli antipasti ai dolci. Prezzi giusti. Pizza Nettuno davvero consigliata!
In aggiunta, la location merita perché offre una vista privilegiata su Verona.

Very good food, very nice environment, a nice view of the splendid Verona... but the room where we were was too cold, it was a cold cloudy day a few days ago, and a little more heat while eating never hurts.
Normal service, in fact, an extra smile never hurts, given that we were very kind to the waiters and thanked them.. a lot..!
Overall good.

I watched my friends eat the pizza which was beautiful to look at and also very good, it's just a shame that I spent €11.50 for 2 beers, damn inflation, still a super cool place
