I had the pleasure of tasting the mondeghili with mashed potatoes, and also their exquisite lasagna. Everything was really delicious, the service was friendly and fast. We ate outside and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Reservations are practically mandatory, a sign of its great demand and prestige.
The restaurant is located close to the MM1 Precotto stop, making it easily accessible even without a car, a significant advantage in the city. The quality of the food is excellent, with traditional Milanese dishes that surprise with their authentic flavor and impeccable preparation, at prices that we would once have called political. You eat well in a really nice environment. If you go in the summer, the outdoor space is nice. Spartan but helpful service. Excellent prices for Milan. It is an old-fashioned Trattoria, not a radical chic trattoria.

Vecchia trattoria ben conosciuta in viale Monza, periferia di Milano. Contesto allegro e caciarone. Disordine totale nelle serate in cui si può cenare. Eppure neanche il tempo di ordinare e ti arrivano tutte le portate insieme, compresa la cotoletta. È chiaramente tutto preparato in largo anticipo e infatti il pollo è duro come una pietra, la cotoletta rifritta nell’olio, ecc. In generale non male; prezzi adeguati e coerenti e soprattutto inferiori alla media di Milano. Posto consigliato per cene tra amici non di certo per una cena in cui si vuole mangiar bene!

Alla prenotazione non mi hanno spiegato che il sabato sera è solo per apericena.
Il posto è quasi sul confine di Sesto San Giovanni attaccato alla metropolitana.
Posto molto affollato con area esterna.
Abbiamo cenato in 20 min.
2 polpette, un panzerotto, 4 bombette accompagnate con patate al forno.
Una costata con patate al forno, un’acqua, un bicchiere di vino e una coca cola.

Ci hanno assegnato un tavolo con altre 4 persone lasciando uno spazio tra noi e loro.
