The wine list is jaw-dropping, both for its selection and its quantity. I expected a wow factor from the dishes, but not all the dishes lived up to expectations. The service, while attentive, left me somewhat perplexed by the management of viable alternatives for long-reported intolerances. Good, but not great.
A temple of gastronomy where haute cuisine meets masterful hospitality. The legendary "Uovo in fra' di mastro" (egg in the master's hands) alone is worth the trip: a perfect blend of elegance, tradition, and authentic flavor. Simply perfect.
