We went to this restaurant to get the raviolo with egg yolk. That dish was topped by the gnocchi, which had a sugo that tasted of the sea. The pork secondi was, however, the finest pork dish ever tasted, truly world class. The sommelier worked with us to select a great wine that complemented our meal without being overly expensive.

My experience at the "San Domenico" restaurant was, without a shadow of a doubt, a sensorial journey that will remain indelible in my memory. As soon as you cross the threshold, you immediately perceive a refined but at the same time welcoming atmosphere, which immediately puts you at ease, in a perfect balance between elegance and warmth.
Every dish that was served to us was a symphony of flavours, where technique and creativity blended masterfully. The choice of ingredients is impeccable: freshness and quality are evident in every single bite. The presentation is very careful, but without ever falling into the pursuit of visual effect as an end in itself, instead enhancing the essence of the food.
The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet, and always ready to satisfy our every need with a genuine smile. Despite the high level of the proposal, the atmosphere remains relaxed and without excess, making the experience unique but accessible.
In conclusion it deserves every single Michelin star. It is a place where gastronomy becomes art, and each course tells a story of passion, dedication and the search for pure taste. An experience that I highly recommend to those who want to savor excellence and experience an evening out of the ordinary.

Beautiful gustatory and sensorial experience, masterful direction of the service, superlative presentation of the Couple's Menu, paired wines chosen by Francesco Cioria, which sends the taste buds into ecstasy, the kitchen team winning on the balance of flavors and choice of raw materials!
