Yesterday I experienced the difference between a good restaurant and a poor value takeaway, paying the price of a good restaurant. Before booking, make sure there are no Inter matches if you want a quiet evening in which you can communicate with your guests.

THE BEST PIZZA IN TRANI (and beyond). Tastes can be subjective so I won't dwell on this, but quality is an objective and indisputable fact. Let's start with delivery, there is no possibility of home delivery (better because the quality is preserved), but it is still possible to collect it on site. I went in at 9pm on a Saturday evening with the place full, I left with two pizzas, a focaccia and two drinks in just under 20 minutes. Simply perfect service. However, to fully understand how much this business invests in efficiency and quality you need to try having dinner there and observe 2 simple things: 1-there is a waiter-table ratio of 1 to 4, which means that each waiter can calmly concentrate 4 tables offering the maximum quality of service and without the need to carry 8 pizzas holding them between hands, feet and head. 2- in the kitchen there are 4 people who divide their time between dough and condiments. Their speed is impressive Oh and I almost forgot, the pizza is simply delicious, fresh products like those we would use at home to make a good impression on our dinner guests. In conclusion, not wanting to make a review based on my personal tastes, I would only like to testify to the skill of these activities that focus and invest on the really important things in order to achieve 360 ​​degree quality. Good pizza at San Ciriaco. I ate one made with burnt wheat and seasoned with seasonal vegetables. The place is nice and the staff welcoming. Honest price/quality ratio.
