Then you arrive at the trattoria where my Piedmontese spirit finds the confirmation I've been waiting for. Everything is good, truly authentic, and flavorful. Agnolotti del plin, tajarin, and raw meat. Fast service. The Sunday atmosphere is a bit noisy. A final chat with one of the owners, nurtured by my dialect, was a blast from the past.
