Saltimbocca San Lorenzo In Roma

Our favorite restaurant in Rome by far. We are here 3 out of 4 nights. Luca was our server and he was amazing. We miss this place and the people so much. See you again soon.

The food is excellent and the staff are lovely & considerate. The lady who brought our food this evening went above and beyond and when she momentarily doubted whether my pasta was gluten free she ran back to the kitchen to confirm. The misters on the patio outside also make the dining experience exceptional as they provide a welcome reprieve from the sun.

very good local cuisine and also appreciable the bulk wine. Excellent value for money.

Well prepared food and very good service

Ended up being one of our favorite restaurants of our trip when staying in Rome. The food quality we found for the pasta to be one of the best out of many we tried for the week. It was also one of the first that we simply stopped by. They also gave pencil crayons for the kids to colour but the food came out pretty quickly as it was a quiet afternoon with only a few other tables. At the end they gave some complimentary shot glass with wine (I think).

Beautiful street with the lights and fantastic menu at good prices - dinner was so good we went back for lunch the next day!

Highly recommended restaurant, I often find myself in the area from Florence, for work and Saltimbocca di San Lorenzo is a must-see, young and attentive staff, very kind and friendly, the dishes are not extremely abundant but for this reason they give the possibility to taste even more courses without leaving full, typical dishes of Roman cuisine always tasty and well-prepared. For those who also want a wide selection of cocktails and craft beers, prices in my opinion slightly lower than the average of the area, in short for those who are in those parts to visit without a doubt, the area is also very nice and "alive" in the summer.

Even though the neighborhood is not the best, very nice on the outside, spartan but functional inside. Friendly staff, easy but good dishes, overall, perfect for a dinner with friends :) especially in a group. As an Abruzzese, I appreciated the ratafia that was offered to us more than once at the end of the dinner :)

One of the most beautiful streets in all of Rome. The food and drinks were all excellent and very reasonably priced. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately a bit overwhelmed and not very attentive on the evening of our visit. We had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and brought us menus. In the end, we waited about 25 minutes for the bill, despite asking several times. The San Lorenzo district and Saltimbocca itself are definitely worth a visit.
