Een klein onopvallend restaurant. Max een tafeltje of tien. Wordt gerund door 2 dames. Maken de pasta zelf, en dat proef je. De kaart is niet uitgebreid maar dat is maar beter ook, dan kun je je focussen op de kwaliteit. Prima verse paste en en ook heerlijke steak. Mooie passende wijnen en en bier. Vriendelijke en attente bediening. Aanrader.

A small nondescript restaurant. Max about ten tables. Run by 2 ladies. Make the pasta yourself, and you can taste it. The menu is not extensive, but that is better, then you can focus on the quality. Excellent fresh pasta and delicious steak. Nice matching wines and beer. Friendly and attentive service. Recommended.

This is a small, delicious restaurant. Family owned and it shows. Everything we tried was delicious.

Excellent meal in an excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. I ate the carbonaras and they were very good. I saw reviews from French people who didn't like them because of "the pepper" or "the cream". Please note that the traditional recipe for carbonaras has a lot of pecorino (cheese that we can also find in France in supermarkets) and pepper but no cream like the pasta that we can eat in France.

Very cosy, small restaurant. Excellent homemade food and a perfect selection of wines. We tried several types of wine. The owner will advise on wine, the wines from the restaurant owners' own vineyards are amazing. Calm, family atmosphere.

Great restaurant in Trieste, for the whole family. Delicious amatriciana pasta and tiramisu. The waitresses, lovely. Highly recommended!

Service was excellent! Food was very good. My only regret was I had no room for dessert.

Disfruté mucho de mi experiencia en Salsapariglia. El personal era muy amable y bien informado, ayudando es hacer coincidir el vino con la comida. Fueron atentos y serviciales sin ser abrumadores, así que nos sentimos como en casa y capaces de disfrutar de nuestra comida y tomar el tiempo que necesitábamos para disfrutar de la cena después de un largo día de turismo. La comida era deliciosa y las porciones más grandes de lo esperado. La ubicación es bastante céntrica cerca del Gran Canal , una zona muy turística, pero el restaurante se sentía acogedor e íntimo.
