Een klein onopvallend restaurant. Max een tafeltje of tien. Wordt gerund door 2 dames. Maken de pasta zelf, en dat proef je. De kaart is niet uitgebreid maar dat is maar beter ook, dan kun je je focussen op de kwaliteit. Prima verse paste en en ook heerlijke steak. Mooie passende wijnen en en bier. Vriendelijke en attente bediening. Aanrader.

Disfruté mucho de mi experiencia en Salsapariglia. El personal era muy amable y bien informado, ayudando es hacer coincidir el vino con la comida. Fueron atentos y serviciales sin ser abrumadores, así que nos sentimos como en casa y capaces de disfrutar de nuestra comida y tomar el tiempo que necesitábamos para disfrutar de la cena después de un largo día de turismo. La comida era deliciosa y las porciones más grandes de lo esperado. La ubicación es bastante céntrica cerca del Gran Canal , una zona muy turística, pero el restaurante se sentía acogedor e íntimo.

This is a real hidden gem. I was searching for the best pasta in Trieste for our last dinner and luckily I came across this restaurant. It’s run by a family, they make everything fresh, even have their own wines. Our waitress was really kind and attentive, the food was excellent. Our favourite was the amatriciana but the carbonara and the spicy mussle pasta were top tier as well. Make sure to try the mozzarella alla marinara too! 10/10 would recommend coming here :)

I didn't even try the food yet but they put taylor swift as background music so they have my heart🤎🇮🇹🤌🏻 Okay now the food, carbonara and agnoloti asparagus are delicious, I totally recommend to eat here! The service was so fast, we wait 10-15 minutes and the food was ready.
