I would improve the cooling of the environment, which continues to be fairly hot in summer (even before starting to eat). The staff is always very kind, polite and helpful. For pan pizza there is nothing to say. She continues to be the best ever and has no rivals with anyone. Prices are competitive average. And considering the current standard of living that has increased, we certainly can't expect anything else.

Nice and clean place, parking in the square in front, fast service, friendly staff, as far as pizza is concerned, 5 stars are not enough! Simply wow pan pizza!

We spent a pleasant evening at the Saloon restaurant-pizzeria in Castelnovo Sotto, renowned for its pan pizza, a typical interpretation of the deep pizza. Outside, the place recalls the atmosphere of a typical American saloon, while the inside is large, with tables decorated in a slightly retro style. After a few minutes, a waiter showed up to take our orders and we all opted for the pan pizza. As time passed, the place filled up quickly, with many people coming in to order take-out pizzas. We waited about half an hour before being served. The pizza turned out to be tasty, with a well-cooked and leavened dough, fresh and generous ingredients. Despite the thicker consistency than traditional pizzerias, the pizza was light, easy to enjoy and very digestible. Furthermore, the restaurant also offers pizzas in the classic format. The service, although a little slow due to the crowd, could improve, as some of the young waiters seemed to still be learning. If you want to savor this type of pizza in a quiet atmosphere and enjoy an excellent meal, the Saloon is the right place for you, although it is advisable to improve waiting times and the preparation of the waiters.
