Historic pizzeria that accompanied my entire childhood and adolescence, returning there as an adult and finding the same flavors and the same magic is wonderful. Staff always at the top!

Place - open only for dinner - rather small and, if full, very noisy, with decor, as the name suggests, inspired by the saloons of the old west. The pan pizzas are good, the rest less so. In recent years I have noticed a decline both in customer attention and kitchen times (waiters reluctant to say hello, dishes that come out after an eternity) and in the quality of the pizzas (overcooked and less "rich"). Not a low bill if we consider service and portions.

28/05/2025: Passed by chance with my husband while returning from Guastalla we ate really well. Owner very courteous and attentive in the presentation of the dishes. Compliments 👏
30/04/2025: Great experience, beautiful atmosphere and the dishes are all excellent and of excellent choice. The environment has always been very beautiful outside due to the presence of the two lakes which make everything very suggestive, now the inside is also really pleasant, furnishings and colors of great style.

14/07/2025: Delicious and unique pizzas. Great attention to detail in the combination of ingredients, carefully and professionally selected. The beers and desserts are also excellent. A family atmosphere, where we immediately felt at ease, welcomed with kindness and friendliness. Thank you.
13/07/2025: A last-minute pizza at midnight (before the oven turned off) on my way back from a mountain hike. Having not eaten beforehand, I stumbled upon this pizzeria, hoping to get a pizza, especially given the late hour (it was midnight). They granted my request without success, and I was delighted to eat a pizza with a truly delicious dough and equally good ingredients. The whole thing was topped off, as if by a cherry on top, by the promptness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Well done, I'll be back if I have the chance!
